In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, an electronic device includes a housing, a contact member attached to the housing, and a vibration generating device. The vibration generating device is fixed to the contact member or the housing. A gap is formed between a surface of the vibration generating device facing the housing and a surface of the housing facing the vibration generating device.

What is claimed is: 1. An electronic device comprising: a housing; a contact member attached to the housing; an attaching part inside the housing; and a vibration generating device, wherein the vibration generating device includes: a base including a protruding part formed with a first magnetic body and a recessed part, the protruding part being attached to the recessed part, a coil annularly wound around the protruding part; a plate formed with a second magnetic body and facing the base, an elastic member is coupled to the plate and the contact member directly or through another member, the plate and the base form a magnetic circuit, a magnetic gap is formed between the protruding part and the plate, a flange part is provided at the base, and the flange part is attached to the attaching part. 2. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the plate has a first surface facing the base, and a weight is arranged at a second surface of the plate on an opposite side of the base. 3. The electronic device according to claim 1 , comprising an elastic member supporting the plate with respect to the base. 4. The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein a gap is formed between a surface of the base facing the housing and a surface of the housing facing the base. 5. An electronic device comprising: a housing; a contact member attached to the housing; an attaching part inside the housing; and a base including a protruding part formed with a first magnetic body and a recessed part, the protruding part being attached to the recessed part, a coil annularly wound around the protruding part; a plate formed with a second magnetic body and facing the base, an elastic member is coupled to the plate and the contact member directly or through another member, the plate and the base form a magnetic circuit, a magnetic gap is formed between the protruding part and the plate, a flange part is provided at the base, and the flange part is attached to the attaching part. 6. The electronic device according to claim 5 , wherein the plate has a first surface facing the base, and a weight is arranged at a second surface of the plate on an opposite side of the base. 7. The electronic device according to claim 5 , comprising an elastic member supporting the plate with respect to the base. 8. The electronic device according to claim 5 , wherein a gap is formed between a surface of the base facing the housing and a surface of the housing facing the base.
