What is claimed is: 1. A heterocyclic compound represented by one selected from Formula 1A to Formula 1E and Formula 1H to Formula 1L: wherein, in Formula 1A to Formula 1E and Formula 1H to Formula 1L, X 1 is one of N(R 4 ), O, and S, if X 1 is one of N(R 4 ), O, and S in Formula 1A to Formula 1E and Formula 1H to Formula 1J, or X 1 is one of N(R 4 ) and S in Formula 1K and Formula 1L, then in Formula 1A to Formula 1E and Formula 1H to Formula 1L, R 1 to R 4 each independently represents one of hydrogen, deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 60 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 60 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 60 alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 60 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 10 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 10 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 -C 10 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or independently hydrogen or deuterium, except when X 1 is N(R 4 ), then R 2 and R 3 are not each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 60 aryl group, and when X 1 is S in formula 1K and Formula 1L, then R 2 and R 3 are not both substituted or unsubstituted C 6 -C 60 aryl group, except (i) in Formula 1A, R 1 represents one of deuterium, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, a hydroxyl group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 -C 60 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 60 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 -C 60 alkynyl group, a
