A centrifugal separation container which is revolved around a rotation axis, includes: a separation part which includes a distal region which is disposed on a distal side than a liquid-to-be-treated supply port and a proximal region which is disposed on a proximal side than the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, with respect to the rotation axis, and in which a liquid-to-be-treated discharge port is provided in the proximal region; and a recovery part which is disposed on a distal side than the distal region with respect to the rotation axis, communicates with a distal end portion of the distal region through a communication path, and is filled with a recovery liquid for dispersing dispersoids that are to be centrifuged in a liquid to be treated.

What is claimed is: 1. A centrifugal separation container which is revolved around a rotation axis, the centrifugal separation container comprising: a separation housing which comprises a distal region which is disposed on a distal side than a liquid-to-be-treated supply port and a proximal region which is disposed on a proximal side than the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, with respect to the rotation axis, and in which a liquid-to-be-treated discharge port is provided in the proximal region; and a recovery housing which is disposed on a distal side than the distal region with respect to the rotation axis, communicates with a distal end portion of the distal region through a communication path, and is filled with a recovery liquid for dispersing dispersoids that are to be centrifuged in a liquid to be treated, wherein, in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the communication path, an area of the communication path is made smaller than an area of a connection portion between each of the distal region of the separation housing and the recovery housing, and the communication path. 2. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 1 , wherein the recovery housing is provided with a recovery liquid supply port and a recovery liquid discharge port. 3. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 2 , wherein the distal region is formed in a tapered shape having a cross-sectional area which gradually decreases toward the communication path. 4. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 2 , wherein the separation housing is formed in a tubular shape, the liquid-to-be-treated supply port is formed in a peripheral wall of the separation housing, and the distal region and the proximal region are provided adjacent to each other in an axial direction of the separation housing. 5. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 4 , wherein the liquid-to-be-treated supply port is inclined in a circumferential direction of the separation housing with respect to a radiation direction which extends to pass through a center of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port from a central axis of the separation housing. 6. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 5 , wherein the liquid-to-be-treated supply port extends, in a case where one end which is located on a side opposite to a central axis side of the separation housing across the central axis of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, out of both ends of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port appearing in a cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the separation housing, is defined as an outer end, along a tangent line at the outer end of a circle centered on the central axis of the separation housing and passing through the outer end. 7. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 4 , further comprising: a rectifying body which is accommodated across the distal region and the proximal region of the separation housing and provided along an inner peripheral surface of the separation housing with a gap between the rectifying body and the inner peripheral surface of the separation housing. 8. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 2 , further comprising: a filter which is accommodated in the proximal region of the separation housing and filters the liquid to be treated which flows into the liquid-to-be-treated discharge port. 9. A centrifugal separation container which is revolved around a rotation axis, the centrifugal separation container comprising, a separation housing which comprises a distal region which is disposed on a distal side than a liquid-to-be-treated supply port and a proximal region which is disposed on a proximal side than the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, with respect to the rotation axis, and in which a liquid-to-be-treated discharge port is provided in the proximal region; and a recovery housing which is disposed on a distal side than the distal region with respect to the rotation axis, communicates with a distal end portion of the distal region through a communication path, and is filled with a recovery liquid for dispersing dispersoids that are to be centrifuged in a liquid to be treated, and a rectifying body which is accommodated across the distal region and the proximal region of the separation housing and provided along an inner peripheral surface of the separation housing with a gap between the rectifying body and the inner peripheral surface of the separation housing, wherein the distal region is formed in a tapered shape having a cross-sectional area which gradually decreases toward the communication path and the rectifying body has a tapered shape along with the distal region of the separation housing. 10. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 9 , wherein the separation housing is formed in a tubular shape, the liquid-to-be-treated supply port is formed in a peripheral wall of the separation housing, and the distal region and the proximal region are provided adjacent to each other in an axial direction of the separation housing. 11. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 10 , wherein the liquid-to-be-treated supply port is inclined in a circumferential direction of the separation housing with respect to a radiation direction which extends to pass through a center of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port from a central axis of the separation housing. 12. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 11 , wherein the liquid-to-be-treated supply port extends, in a case where one end which is located on a side opposite to a central axis side of the separation housing across the central axis of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, out of both ends of the liquid-to-be-treated supply port appearing in a cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the separation housing, is defined as an outer end, along a tangent line at the outer end of a circle centered on the central axis of the separation housing and passing through the outer end. 13. The centrifugal separation container according to claim 10 , further comprising: a rectifying body which is accommodated across the distal region and the proximal region of the separation housing and provided along an inner peripheral surface of the separation housing with a gap between the rectifying body and the inner peripheral surface of the separation housing. 14. A centrifugal separation container which is revolved around a rotation axis, the centrifugal separation container comprising: a separation housing which comprises a distal region which is disposed on a distal side than a liquid-to-be-treated supply port and a proximal region which is disposed only on a proximal side than the liquid-to-be-treated supply port, with respect to the rotation axis, and in which a liquid-to-be-treated discharge port is provided in the proximal region; and a recovery housing which is disposed on a distal side than the distal region with respect to the rotation axis, communicates with a distal end portion of the distal region through a communication path, and is filled with a recovery liquid for dispersing dispersoids that are to be centrifuged in a liquid to be treated, and a filter which has a cylindrical shape and is disposed on the proximal side only within the proximal region than the liquid-to-be-treated supply port with respect to the rotation axis, and filters the liquid to be treated which flows into the liquid-to-be-treated discharge port. 15.
