What is claimed is: 1. A mounting bracket assembly, comprising: at least one mount configured to be connected to a structure, the at least one mount having a receiving hole or recess; a distribution harness configured to mount at least one electrical receptacle; and at least one bracket configured to at least partially extend around the distribution harness and removably connect the distribution harness to the at least one mount, wherein the at least one bracket comprises a first latching member, a second latching member, and an elongated member connecting the first latching member and the second latching member, the first latching member having a flexible end that is configured to snap-fit into the receiving hole or the recess in the mount. 2. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first latching member comprises a first protrusion configured to engage with the at least one mount. 3. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 2 , wherein the first protrusion is configured to movably engage with the at least one mount such that the at least one bracket hinges relative to the at least one mount. 4. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 1 , wherein the second latching member comprises a flexible end configured to snap-fit into the at least one mount. 5. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 1 , wherein the at least one mount has a frontside and a backside, wherein the second latching member further comprises a second protrusion configured to engage with the backside of the at least one mount. 6. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 1 , wherein the at least one mount comprises a plurality of mating features including a first mating feature configured to receive the first latching member and a second mating feature configured to receive the second latching member. 7. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 1 , wherein the at least one bracket comprises a plurality of brackets. 8. A mounting bracket assembly, comprising: at least one mount configured to be connected to a structure; a distribution harness configured to mount at least one electrical receptacle; and at least one bracket configured to at least partially extend around the distribution harness and removably connect the distribution harness to the at least one mount, wherein the at least one mount comprises a first elongated member, a second elongated member parallel to the first elongated member, and a transverse connecting member connecting the first elongated member and the second elongated member. 9. The mounting bracket assembly of claim 8 , wherein the at least one bracket is configured to connect to the transverse connecting member. 10. An electrical receptacle system for a structure, comprising: a frame member; and a mounting bracket assembly, comprising: at least one mount connected to the frame member; a distribution harness configured to mount at least one electrical receptacle; and at least one bracket configured to at least partially extend around the distribution harness and removably connect the distribution harness to the at least one mount, wherein the at least one bracket comprises a first latching member, a second latching member, and an elongated member connecting the first latching member and the second latching member, wherein the first latching member comprises a first protrusion configured to engage with the at least one mount, wherein the first protrusion is configured to movably engage with the at least one mount such that the at least one bracket hinges relative to the at least one mount. 11. The electrical receptacle system of claim 10 , wherein the second latching member comprises a flexible end configured to snap-fit into the at least one mount. 12. The electrical receptacle system of claim 10 , wherein the at least one mount has a frontside and a backside, wherein the second latching member further comprises a second protrusion configured to engage with the backside of the at least one mount. 13. The electrical receptacle system of claim 10 , wherein the at least one mount comprises a plurality of mating features including a first mating feature configured to receive the first latching member and a second mating feature configured to receive the second latching member. 14. An electrical receptacle system for a structure, comprising: a frame member; and a mounting bracket assembly, comprising: at least one mount connected to the frame member; a distribution harness configured to mount at least one electrical receptacle; and at least one bracket configured to at least partially extend around the distribution harness and removably connect the distribution harness to the at least one mount, wherein the at least one mount comprises a first elongated member, a second elongated member parallel to the first elongated member, and a transverse connecting member connecting the first elongated member and the second elongated member. 15. The electrical receptacle system of claim 14 , wherein the at least one bracket is configured to connect to the transverse connecting member.
