The lighting device disclosed in the embodiment of the invention includes a substrate including a metal layer; a plurality of light sources arranged in a first direction on the substrate; a plurality of protrusions having a length in the first direction on the metal layer; and a resin layer disposed on the plurality of light sources and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the metal layer includes a first metal layer electrically connected to the light source and a second metal layer coupled to the plurality of protrusions, and the first metal layer and the second metal layer are separated from each other, and the plurality of protrusions may be disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.

The invention claimed is: 1. A lighting device comprising: a substrate including an insulating layer, a first metal layer disposed on the insulating layer, and a second metal layer disposed on the insulating layer and separated from the first metal layer; a plurality of light sources arranged in a first direction on the substrate; a plurality of protrusions having a long length in the first direction and arranged in a second direction on the second metal layer; and a resin layer disposed on the plurality of light sources and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the resin layer seals the plurality of light sources and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the first metal layer is electrically connected to the light sources and the second metal layer is coupled to the plurality of protrusions, wherein the first metal layer and the second metal layer are separated from each other, wherein the plurality of protrusions is arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and wherein the plurality of light sources emits light toward the second direction, wherein the resin layer includes a first side surface and a second side surface facing the first side surface, wherein the plurality of light sources is disposed in the resin layer, wherein the plurality of light sources is disposed adjacent to the first side surface of the resin layer, and wherein each of the plurality of light sources has an emission surface for emitting light toward the second side surface. 2. The lighting device of claim 1 , comprising: a reflective portion disposed on the substrate, wherein the reflective portion is disposed between the plurality of protrusions, respectively, and wherein the plurality of protrusions is protruded through the reflective portion. 3. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein a highest upper surface of each of the plurality of protrusions is disposed higher than an upper surface of the reflective portion. 4. The lighting device of claim 2 , wherein the second metal layer is separated into a plurality in the second direction, and wherein each of the plurality of protrusions is disposed to each of the separated second metal layers. 5. The lighting device of claim 4 , wherein the reflective portion is disposed between the separated second metal layers. 6. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the plurality of protrusions includes a convex curved surface, and wherein the plurality of protrusions has the length of 70% or more of a length of the first direction of the substrate. 7. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the plurality of protrusions are arranged in a spaced apart from each other in the first direction. 8. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of protrusions includes at least one of Ag—Sn-based, Cu—Sn-based, Au—Sn-based, or Sn—Ag—Cu-based. 9. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of protrusions is arranged between the light source and one side of the resin layer. 10. The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein a lower surface of the resin layer is arranged lower than an upper surface of the plurality of protrusions. 11. A lighting device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of light sources arranged in a first direction on the substrate; a plurality of protrusions arranged on the substrate in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a resin layer disposed on an upper portion of the substrate and covering the plurality of light sources and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the substrate includes an insulating layer, and a metal layer between the insulating layer and the resin layer, wherein the metal layer includes a first metal layer between the insulating layer and the plurality of light sources, and a second metal layer between the insulating layer and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the first metal layer and the second metal layer are separated from each other, wherein each of the plurality of protrusions has a length of the first direction greater than a width of the second direction, wherein materials of the plurality of protrusions and the metal layer are different from each other, wherein the plurality of light sources emits light toward the second direction, wherein a lower surface of the resin layer is arranged lower than an upper surface of the plurality of protrusions, wherein the second metal layer are separated in the second direction, and wherein each of the plurality of protrusions is disposed on each of the separated second metal layers. 12. The lighting device of claim 11 , comprising: a protective layer having a reflective portion disposed on the substrate, wherein the protective layer covers the first and second metal layers, and wherein the reflective portion is disposed between each of the plurality of protrusions and in contact with the resin layer. 13. The lighting device of claim 12 , wherein a highest upper surface of each of the plurality of protrusions has a height higher than an upper surface of the reflective portion, and wherein the plurality of protrusions is arranged parallel to each other. 14. The lighting device of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of protrusions includes a convex curved surface, wherein the plurality of protrusions has the length of 70% or more of a length of the first direction of the substrate, and wherein each of the plurality of protrusions has a thickness thicker than a thickness of the reflection portion. 15. The lighting device of claim 12 , wherein each of the plurality of protrusions has a width greater than a width of the reflective portion disposed between adjacent protrusions. 16. The lighting device of claim 12 , wherein the light source has a light emitting chip positioned higher than an upper top surface of each of the protrusions, wherein the plurality of protrusions is formed of a solder paste material, and wherein the plurality of protrusions is bonded to the second metal layer. 17. The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the resin layer includes a first side surface and a second side surface facing the first side surface, wherein the plurality of light sources is disposed in the resin layer, wherein the plurality of light sources is disposed adjacent to the first side surface of the resin layer, and wherein each of the plurality of light sources has an emission surface for emitting light toward the second side surface. 18. The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein at least one of the plurality of protrusions are arranged to be spaced apart from each other in the first direction. 19. The lighting device of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of protrusions comprises a metallic protrusion. 20. A lighting device comprising: a substrate; a plurality of light sources arranged in a first direction on the substrate; a plurality of protrusions arranged on the substrate in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a resin layer disposed on an upper portion of the substrate and covering the plurality of light sources and the plurality of protrusions, wherein the substrate includes an insulating layer, and a metal layer between the insulating layer and the resin layer, wherein the metal layer includes a first metal layer between the insulating layer and the plurality of light sources, and a second metal layer between the insulating layer and the plurality of protrusions, wherein each of the plurality of pr
