The invention claimed is: 1. An isolated antibody or fragment thereof that specifically binds to B7-H1, wherein the antibody or fragment thereof comprises: a VH CDR1 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, a VH CDR2 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, a VH CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5, a VL CDR1 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 8, a VL CDR2 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 9, and a VL CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 10; or a VH CDR1 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 63, a VH CDR2 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 64, a VH CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 65, a VL CDR1 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 68, a VL CDR2 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 69, and a VL CDR3 consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 70. 2. The antibody or fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody. 3. The antibody or fragment thereof of claim 2 , wherein the antibody is a fully human monoclonal antibody. 4. The antibody or fragment thereof according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the antibody or fragment thereof comprises a heavy chain variable domain consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 and a light chain variable domain consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 7; or a heavy chain variable domain consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 62 and a light chain variable domain consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 67. 5. The antibody or fragment thereof of claim 4 , wherein the fragment is a binding fragment selected from the group consisting of a Fab, Fab′, F(ab′)2, Fv and dAb fragment. 6. The antibody or fragment thereof of claim 4 , wherein the Fc region of the antibody is characterized by the residues of 234F, 235E, and 331S, as numbered by the EU index as set forth in Kabat. 7. A nucleic acid molecule encoding the antibody of claim 1 . 8. An isolated host cell transfected with a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 . 9. An antibody produced by a method comprising, culturing the host cell of claim 8 , expressing an antibody encoded by the nucleic acid molecule of claim 7 , and isolating the antibody from the culture. 10. A composition comprising the antibody of claim 1 . 11. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody of claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
