Official abstract text for this publication.
A computerized search method includes receiving first input designating a first location of a first analytic. The method includes, in response to a scheduling event, obtaining a first document from the first location, identifying a first predefined label within the first document, obtaining first and second data associated with the first predefined label, storing the first datum into a value index as a current value of the first analytic, and storing the second datum into a text index as a textual description of the first analytic. The method includes presenting a search interface and, in response to receiving a search query from a user: identifying a set of result analytics relevant to the search query based on the text index and presenting, for each of the result analytics, a textual description of the analytic from the text index and a most recent value of the analytic from the value index.

What is claimed is: 1. An administrative interface configured to be used with one or more databases for analytics comprising: specifying, via the administrative interface, a first predefined label for use with the one or more databases for analytics; receiving a first input designating a first location of a first analytic; obtaining a first document from the first location; identifying the first predefined label within the first document; obtaining a first datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the first datum into a value index as a current value of the first analytic; obtaining a second datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the second datum into a text index as a textual description of the first analytic; and determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 2. The administrative interface of claim 1 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: in response to obtaining the first document, acquiring, from a predefined position in the first document with respect to the first predefined label, identification information for one or more of an author and a publisher of the first analytic; acquiring credibility data associated with the one or more of the author and the publisher of the first analytic; determining a credibility value to associate with the first analytic based, at least in part, on the acquired credibility data; and utilizing the credibility value, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 3. The administrative interface of claim 2 , further comprising: selectively displaying the identification information for one or more of the author and a publisher of the first analytic to a user. 4. The administrative interface of claim 3 , wherein selectively displaying the identification information comprises: acquiring, from a second predefined position in the first document with respect to the first predefined label, contact information for one or more of the author and the publisher; and selectively displaying the contact information to the user. 5. The administrative interface of claim 1 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: assigning, by a publisher of the first analytic, a confidence score to the first analytic; and utilizing the confidence score, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 6. The administrative interface of claim 5 , further comprising: invalidating the confidence score associated with the first analytic based upon expiration of a predetermined amount of time. 7. The administrative interface of claim 1 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: receiving, from one or more users of the search method, user information indicating whether the one or more users determined the first analytic to be authoritative or helpful; and utilizing the user information, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 8. A system configured to be used with one or more databases for analytics comprising: at least one processor; and a computer-readable medium configured to store instructions for execution by the at least one processor, wherein the instructions include: specifying a first predefined label for use with the system; receiving first input designating a first location of a first analytic; obtaining a first document from the first location; identifying the first predefined label within the first document; obtaining a first datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the first datum into a value index as a current value of the first analytic; obtaining a second datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the second datum into a text index as a textual description of the first analytic; and determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 9. The system of claim 8 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: in response to obtaining the first document, acquiring, from a predefined position in the first document with respect to the first predefined label, identification information for one or more of an author and a publisher of the first analytic; acquiring credibility data associated with the one or more of the author and the publisher of the first analytic; determining a credibility value to associate with the first analytic based, at least in part, on the acquired credibility data; and utilizing the credibility value, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 10. The system of claim 9 , further comprising: selectively displaying the identification information for one or more of the author and a publisher of the first analytic to a user. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein selectively displaying the identification information comprises: acquiring, from a second predefined position in the first document with respect to the first predefined label, contact information for one or more of the author and the publisher; and selectively displaying the contact information to the user. 12. The system of claim 8 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: assigning, by a publisher of the first analytic, a confidence score to the first analytic; and utilizing the confidence score, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 13. The system of claim 12 , further comprising: invalidating the confidence score associated with the first analytic based upon expiration of a predetermined amount of time. 14. The system of claim 8 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: receiving, from one or more users of the search method, user information indicating whether the one or more users determined the first analytic to be authoritative or helpful; and utilizing the user information, at least in part, to determine the level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 15. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing processor-executable instructions, the instructions comprising: specifying a first predefined label, wherein specifying the first predefined label includes using an administrative interface configured to be used with one or more databases for analytics; receiving first input designating a first location of a first analytic; obtaining a first document from the first location; identifying the first predefined label within the first document; obtaining a first datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the first datum into a value index as a current value of the first analytic; obtaining a second datum associated with the first predefined label from the first document; storing the second datum into a text index as a textual description of the first analytic; and determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic. 16. The non-transitory computer-readable medium storing processor-executable instructions of claim 15 , wherein determining a level of authority to associate with the first analytic comprises: in response to obtaining the first document, acquiring, from a predefined position in the first document with respect to t
