An antitumor formulation comprising a biphenyl compound having LSD1 inhibitory activity or a salt thereof and one or more other antitumor agents that are administered in combination, the compound being represented by Formula (I): wherein ring A, ring B, R1 to R6, l, m, and n are as defined in the specification.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method for inhibiting LSD1 activity in a patient with a tumor, comprising administering a combination of a biphenyl compound or a salt thereof in combination with one or more antitumor agents in an amount effective for inhibiting LSD1 activity to a patient, wherein said biphenyl compound is selected from the group consisting of: 1) 4-[5-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; 2) 4-[5-[(3-endo)-3-amino-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; 3) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2″,3-difluoro-4″-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-[1,1′:2′,1″-terphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; 4) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; 5) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(1-(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyl)-6,7-difluoro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; 6) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(7-bromo-6-fluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; and 7) 5′-(((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)methyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X. 2. A method for inhibiting LSD1 activity in a patient with a tumor, comprising administering a biphenyl compound or a salt thereof in an amount effective for inhibiting LSD1 activity, to a cancer patient, wherein said biphenyl compound is administered in combination with one or more antitumor agents, and wherein said biphenyl compound is selected from the group consisting of: (1) 4-[5-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (2) 4-[5-[(3-endo)-3-amino-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (3) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2″,3-difluoro-4″-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-[1,1′:2′,1″-terphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (4) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (5) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(1-(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyl)-6,7-difluoro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; (6) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(7-bromo-6-fluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; and (7) 5′-(((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)methyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X. 3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said biphenyl compound or salt thereof and said one or more other antitumor agents are administered simultaneously, sequentially, or at an interval. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein said one or more antitumor agents are at least one member selected from the group consisting of cytarabine, azacitidine, decitabine, guadecitabine, daunorubicin, tretinoin (ATRA), RG7388, carboplatin, cisplatin, paclitaxel, irinotecan (SN-38), and etoposide. 5. The method according to claim 2 , wherein said one or more antitumor agents are at least one member selected from the group consisting of cytarabine, azacitidine, decitabine, guadecitabine, daunorubicin, tretinoin (ATRA), RG7388, carboplatin, cisplatin, paclitaxel, irinotecan (SN-38), and etoposide. 6. A method for treating a tumor associated with LSD1 activity, comprising administering a combination of a biphenyl compound or a salt thereof in combination with one or more antitumor agents, in an amount effective for inhibiting LSD1 activity, to a patient with a tumor associated with LSD1 activity, wherein the biphenyl compound is selected from the group consisting of: (1) 4-[5-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (2) 4-[5-[(3-endo)-3-amino-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (3) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2″,3-difluoro-4″-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-[1,1′:2′,1″-terphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (4) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (5) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(1-(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyl)-6,7-difluoro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; (6) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(7-bromo-6-fluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; and (7) 5′-(((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)methyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X. 7. A method for treating a tumor associated with LSD1 activity, comprising administering a biphenyl compound or a salt thereof in an amount effective for inhibiting LSD1 activity, to a cancer patient, wherein said biphenyl compound is administered in combination with one or more antitumor agents, wherein the biphenyl compound is selected from the group consisting of: (1) 4-[5-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (2) 4-[5-[(3-endo)-3-amino-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; (3) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2″,3-difluoro-4″-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-[1,1′:2′,1″-terphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (4) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-B; (5) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(1-(2-ethyl-2-hydroxybutyl)-6,7-difluoro-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X; (6) 5′-((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-7-carbonyl)-2′-(7-bromo-6-fluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X, and (7) 5′-(((1S,2S,4R)-rel-2-amino-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-7-yl)methyl)-2′-(6,7-difluoro-1-(2-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-carbonitrile-isomer-X. 8. A method for treating a cancer patient with a tumor associated with LSD1 activity, comprising administering to a cancer patient, an LSD1 inhibiting agent comprising a biphenyl compound or a salt thereof in combination with one or more antitumor agents, wherein the biphenyl compound is selected from the group consisting of 1) 4-[5-[(3S)-3-aminopyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl]phenyl]-2-fluoro-benzonitrile; 2) 4-[5-[(3-endo)-3-amino-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-carbonyl]-2-[2-fluoro-4-(2-hydroxy-2-methyl-propyl)phenyl
