Official abstract text for this publication.
A system, method, and computer-readable medium are disclosed for performing inducive searches across multiple products within a trusted domain. Products and/or services in the trusted domain are identified. Contextual information associated with the products and/or services is collected. Interrelationships and interoperations between the products and/or services is determined. An inducive search query as to a particular product and/or service is service. Contextual information is returned as to particular product and/or service and related products and/or services.

What is claimed is: 1. A system comprising: a processor; a data bus coupled to the processor; and a non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium being coupled to the data bus, the computer program code interacting with a plurality of computer operations to perform inducive searches across multiple products within a trusted domain and comprising instructions executable by the processor and configured for: identifying products and/or services in the trusted domain are identified; collecting contextual information associated with the products and/or services; determining interrelationships and interoperations between the products and/or services; receiving an inducive search query as to a particular product and/or service; returning contextual information as to the particular product and/or service and related products and/or services. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the trusted domain is a datacenter and the products and/or services are hardware, firmware, and software components operating in the datacenter. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein collected contextual information is downloaded from sources external to the trusted domain and stored in a local database in the trusted domain. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the interrelationships and interoperations are related to tasks performed by the products and/or services. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the determining the interrelationships and interoperations comprise parsing the inducive search query as to technology related scenarios. 6. The system of claim 1 further comprising extracting use cases from the local database. 7. The system of claim 1 further comprising creating log files of search queries related to tasks performed by the products and/or services. 8. A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the computer program code comprising computer executable instructions configured for: identifying products and/or services in the trusted domain are identified; collecting contextual information associated with the products and/or services; determining interrelationships and interoperations between the products and/or services; receiving an inducive search query as to a particular product and/or service; returning contextual information as to the particular product and/or service and related products and/or services. 9. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the trusted domain is a datacenter and the products and/or services are hardware, firmware, and software components operating in the datacenter. 10. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein collected contextual information is downloaded from sources external to the trusted domain and stored in a local database in the trusted domain. 11. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the interrelationships and interoperations are related to tasks performed by the products and/or services. 12. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the determining the interrelationships and interoperations comprise parsing the inducive search query as to technology related scenarios. 13. The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 further comprising extracting use cases from the local database.
