A water attraction having one or more inflatable areas and/or features for reducing turbulence of water flow over a ride surface is disclosed. The water attraction includes a ride surface, a water delivery section, and a recovery section. The water delivery section provides water flow on the ride surface. The ride surface may include the assembly of multiple segments and may be fully or partially inflatable. The water delivery section may include one or more water delivery mechanisms, for example, nozzles. A water delivery mechanism may deliver a water flow different from the water flows from other water delivery mechanisms.

What is claimed is: 1. A water attraction comprising: a ride surface, the ride surface shaped in at least a partial circle when viewed from above, the ride surface comprises a first portion and a second portion separate from and positioned over the first portion; a water delivery section; and a recovery section; wherein the first portion creates an elevation change and defining profile of the ride surface and the second portion positioned upon the first portion conforms to a shape of the defining profile, wherein the first portion has a thinner profile at a first section disposed near the water delivery section and a raised profile at a second section that defines a first upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the from the water delivery section and a more raised profile at a third section that defines a second upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the water delivery section, wherein the second upward taper is less than the first upward taper such that the more raised profile of the third section is less steep than the raised profile of the second section; and a support structure disposed underneath the ride surface and configured to define a profile for the ride surface. 2. The water attraction of claim 1 further comprising a connecting element to couple the ride surface to the water delivery section. 3. The water attraction of claim 1 , further comprising a bar positioned along a perimeter of the ride surface to hold a desired position of the ride surface. 4. The water attraction of claim 3 , wherein the bar defines a partial circle. 5. The water attraction of claim 1 , further comprising at least one water delivery mechanism configured to generate a fanned-out water flow configured to match the ride surface and wherein the fanned-out flow is configured to reduce overlap among flows from more than one of the at least one water delivery mechanism. 6. The water attraction of claim 5 comprising a substantially smooth water surface on the ride surface. 7. A water attraction comprising: a ride surface, the ride surface shaped in at least a partial circle when viewed from above, the ride surface comprises a first portion and a second portion separate from and positioned over the first portion; a water delivery section; and a recovery section; wherein the first portion creates an elevation change and defining profile of the ride surface and the second portion positioned upon the first portion conforms to a shape of the defining profile, wherein the first portion has a thinner profile at a first section disposed near the water delivery section and a raised profile at a second section that defines a first upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the from the water delivery section and a more raised profile at a third section that defines a second upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the water delivery section, wherein the second upward taper is less than the first upward taper such that the more raised profile of the third section is less steep than the raised profile of the second section; and wherein the water delivery section comprises a first water nozzle to create a first flow of water and a second water nozzle to create a second flow of water, and the first water nozzle and the second water nozzle are configured to direct the first flow of water and the second flow of water in a fanned-out configuration to reduce overlapping between the first flow of water and the second flow of water. 8. The water attraction of claim 7 , further comprising a connecting element to couple the ride surface to the water delivery section. 9. The water attraction of claim 7 , further comprising a bar positioned along a perimeter of the ride surface to hold a desired position of the ride surface. 10. The water attraction of claim 9 , wherein the bar defines a partial circle. 11. The water attraction of claim 7 comprising a substantially smooth water surface on the ride surface. 12. A water attraction comprising: a ride surface, the ride surface shaped in at least a partial circle when viewed from above, the ride surface comprises a first portion and a second portion separate from and positioned over the first portion; a water delivery section; and a recovery section; wherein the first portion creates an elevation change and defining profile of the ride surface and the second portion positioned upon the first portion conforms to a shape of the defining profile, wherein the first portion has a thinner profile at a first section disposed near the water delivery section and a raised profile at a second section that defines a first upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the from the water delivery section and a more raised profile at a third section that defines a second upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the water delivery section, wherein the second upward taper is less than the first upward taper such that the more raised profile of the third section is less steep than the raised profile of the second section; and wherein the ride surface is constructed by connecting a plurality of segments each segment defining a portion of the ride surface and the plurality of segments each define a wedge shaped to create the at least partial circle of the ride surface. 13. The water attraction of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of segments are inflatable. 14. The water attraction of claim 12 , further comprising a connecting element to couple the ride surface to the water delivery section. 15. The water attraction of claim 12 , further comprising a bar positioned along a perimeter of the ride surface to hold a desired position of the ride surface. 16. The water attraction of claim 15 , wherein the bar defines a partial circle. 17. The water attraction of claim 12 , further comprising at least one water delivery mechanism configured to generate a fanned-out water flow configured to match the ride surface and wherein the fanned-out flow is configured to reduce overlap among flows from more than one of the at least one water delivery mechanism. 18. The water attraction of claim 17 , comprising a substantially smooth water surface on the ride surface. 19. A water attraction comprising: a ride surface, the ride surface shaped in at least a partial circle when viewed from above, the ride surface comprises a first portion and a second portion separate from and positioned over the first portion; a water delivery section; and a recovery section, wherein the first portion creates an elevation change and defining profile of the ride surface and the second portion positioned upon the first portion conforms to a shape of the defining profile, wherein the first portion has a thinner profile at a first section disposed near the water delivery section and a raised profile at a second section that defines a first upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the from the water delivery section and a more raised profile at a third section that defines a second upward taper across the ride surface extending away from the water delivery section, wherein the second upward taper is less than the first upward taper such that the more raised profile of the third section is less steep than the raised profile of the second section; and wherein the first portion is comprised of a plurality of segments connected along their sides to define the at least partial circle of the ride surface. 20.
