Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Provided is a method for efficiently searching a peptide library for an oligopeptide that can be bound to the end of a protein or peptide of interest. Further, provided is an efficient and highly safe immunoassay.

First claim

Opening claim text (preview).

The invention claimed is: 1. An oligopeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of Thr-Val-Asp-Ser-Cys-Leu-Thr (SEQ ID NO: 1). 2. The oligopeptide according to claim 1 , wherein the oligopeptide has adhesiveness to a norbornene-based polymer. 3. The oligopeptide according to claim 2 , wherein the norbornene-based polymer is a hydrogenated ring-opened polymer of a norbornene-based monomer.
