What is claimed is: 1. A display device, comprising: a display panel including a plurality of pixels in a display area, each of the plurality of pixels including a thin film transistor and an electroluminescent member electrically connected to the thin film transistor; a metal layer disposed under the display panel and overlapping the display area; a first layer disposed under the metal layer and comprising an uneven portion; and a second layer disposed between the metal layer and the first layer and comprising an organic material, wherein: the second layer comprises a first sub-layer disposed under the metal layer and a second sub-layer disposed under the first sub-layer; the second sub-layer is disposed on the first layer and comprises the organic material; the first layer comprises a polymer resin foam; each of the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer overlaps the display area; and a density of the second sub-layer is less than a density of the first sub-layer. 2. The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a window member disposed on the display panel. 3. The display device of claim 2 , wherein the window member comprises a glass substrate, and a thickness of the window member is about 50 μm to about 90 μm. 4. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first layer comprises a plurality of air gaps. 5. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer are in contact with each other. 6. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer comprise a same material. 7. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the second layer comprises at least one of polyurethane, polyacrylic, polyimide, and poly epoxy. 8. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the metal layer comprises a nickel-iron alloy. 9. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the metal layer and the second layer are in contact with each other. 10. The display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a first adhesive member disposed between the display panel and the metal layer; and a second adhesive member disposed between the second layer and the first layer. 11. The display device of claim 1 , wherein: the electroluminescent member is an organic electroluminescent member; the display panel comprises: a substrate, wherein the organic electroluminescent member is disposed on the substrate; and a thin film encapsulating layer on the organic electroluminescent member; and the organic electroluminescent member comprises: a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an organic layer disposed on the first electrode and having a light-emitting layer; and a second electrode disposed between the organic layer and the thin film encapsulating layer. 12. The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a touch sensing member disposed on the display panel. 13. The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a polarizing member disposed on the display panel. 14. The display device of claim 2 , wherein a thickness of the window member is about 50 μm to about 100 μm. 15. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the display panel comprises a portion that is bent about a bending axis. 16. A display device, comprising: a display panel including a plurality of pixels in a display area, each of the plurality of pixels including a thin film transistor and an electroluminescent member electrically connected to the thin film transistor; a metal layer disposed under the display panel and overlapping the display area; a first layer disposed under the metal layer and comprising an uneven portion; and a second layer disposed between the metal layer and the first layer and comprising an organic material, wherein: the second layer comprises a first sub-layer disposed under the metal layer and a second sub-layer disposed under the first sub-layer; the second sub-layer is disposed on the first layer and comprises the organic material; the first layer comprises a plurality of air gaps; each of the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer overlaps the display area; and a density of the second sub-layer is less than a density of the first sub-layer. 17. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer are in contact with each other. 18. The display device of claim 16 , wherein the first sub-layer and the second sub-layer comprise a same material.
