A device for monitoring a health parameter of a person is disclosed. The device includes a semiconductor substrate including at least one transmit component and multiple receive components, at least one transmit antenna configured to transmit millimeter range radio waves over a 3D space below the skin surface of a person, and multiple receive antennas configured to receive radio waves, the received radio waves including a reflected portion of the transmitted radio waves, wherein the semiconductor substrate includes circuits for processing signals received on the multiple receive antennas, wherein the semiconductor substrate includes at least one output configured to output a signal that corresponds to a health parameter of a person in response to received radio waves, and wherein the at least one transmit antenna is collocated with the at least one transmit component and the multiple receive antennas are collocated with respective ones of the multiple receive components.

What is claimed is: 1. A device for monitoring a health parameter of a person, the device comprising: a single semiconductor substrate including at least one transmit component and multiple receive components, wherein the at least one transmit component and the multiple receive components comprise circuits fabricated on the single semiconductor substrate; at least one transmit antenna electrically connected to the single semiconductor substrate and configured to transmit millimeter range radio waves over a three-dimensional (3D) space below the skin surface of a person; and multiple receive antennas electrically connected to the single semiconductor substrate and configured to receive radio waves, the received radio waves including a reflected portion of the transmitted radio waves; wherein the single semiconductor substrate includes circuits for processing signals received on the multiple receive antennas; wherein the single semiconductor substrate includes at least one output configured to output a signal that corresponds to a health parameter of a person in response to the received radio waves; and wherein the at least one transmit antenna is collocated with the at least one transmit component and the multiple receive antennas are collocated with respective ones of the multiple receive components; wherein the at least one transmit antenna and the multiple receive antennas are configured for radio waves in a frequency range of 122-126 GHz; and wherein the at least one transmit antenna and the multiple receive antennas are located entirely within a footprint of the single semiconductor substrate. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one transmit antenna has footprint dimensions of no more than 1.3 mm×1.3 mm and the multiple receive antennas each have a footprint dimension of no more than 1.3 mm×1.3 mm. 3. The device of claim 1 , wherein the single semiconductor substrate is rectangular in shape and has dimensions of no more than 7 mm by 7 mm. 4. The device of claim 1 , further comprising means for isolating a signal from a particular location in the 3D space in response to receiving the radio waves on the multiple receive antennas and outputting a signal that corresponds to the health parameter in the person in response to the isolated signal. 5. The device of claim 1 , further comprising frequency mixers fabricated into the single semiconductor substrate. 6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the health parameter is a blood glucose level. 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the health parameter is a blood pressure. 8. The device of claim 1 , wherein the health parameter is a heart rate. 9. A wearable device including the device of claim 1 . 10. A smartwatch including the device of claim 1 . 11. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one transmit antenna is collocated with the at least one transmit component such that the at least one transmit antenna is connected to an interface of the at least one transmit component by a conductive via that is perpendicular to a plane of the single semiconductor substrate. 12. The device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one transmit antenna is a microstrip patch antenna and wherein the multiple receive antennas are microstrip patch antennas. 13. A device for monitoring a health parameter in a person, the device comprising: a single semiconductor substrate including at least two transmit components and at least four receive components, wherein the at least two transmit components and the at least four receive components comprise circuits fabricated on the single semiconductor substrate; at least two transmit antennas electrically connected to the single semiconductor substrate and configured to transmit millimeter range radio waves over a three-dimensional (3D) space below the skin surface of a person; and at least four receive antennas electrically connected to the single semiconductor substrate and configured to receive radio waves, the received radio waves including a reflected portion of the transmitted radio waves; wherein the single semiconductor substrate includes at least one output configured to output a signal that corresponds to a health parameter of a person in response to the received radio waves; and wherein the at least two transmit antennas and the at least four receive antennas are configured for radio waves in a frequency range of 122-126 GHz; and wherein the at least two transmit antennas and the at least four receive antennas are located entirely within a footprint of the single semiconductor substrate. 14. The device of claim 13 , wherein the at least two transmit antennas each have a footprint dimension of no more than 1.3 mm×1.3 mm and the at least four receive antennas each have a footprint dimension of no more than 1.3 mm×1.3 mm. 15. The device of claim 13 , wherein a first one of the at least two transmit components and a first one of the at least two transmit antennas are collocated and wherein a second one of the at least two transmit components and a second one of the at least two transmit antennas are collocated, and wherein the first one of the at least two transmit components and the first one of the at least two transmit antennas are located on an opposite side of the single semiconductor substrate from the second one of the at least two transmit components and the second one of the at least transmit antennas, and wherein the first one of the at least two transmit antennas is in-line with first and second receive antennas and on the same side of the single semiconductor substrate as the first one of the at least two transmit antennas and wherein the second one of the at least two transmit antennas is in-line with third and fourth receive antennas and on the same side of the single semiconductor substrate as the second one of the at least two transmit antennas. 16. The device of claim 13 , wherein the single semiconductor substrate is rectangular in shape and has dimensions of no more than 7 mm by 7 mm. 17. The device of claim 13 , further comprising circuits for isolating a signal from a particular location in the 3D space in response to receiving the radio waves on the at least four receive antennas and outputting a signal that corresponds to the health parameter in the person in response to the isolated signal. 18. The device of claim 13 , further comprising frequency mixers fabricated into the single semiconductor substrate. 19. The device of claim 13 , wherein the health parameter is a blood glucose level. 20. The device of claim 13 , wherein the health parameter is a blood pressure. 21. The device of claim 13 , wherein the health parameter is a heart rate. 22. A wearable device including the device of claim 13 . 23. A smartwatch including the device of claim 13 . 24. A dongle including the device of claim 13 . 25. The device of claim 13 , wherein each one of the multiple receive antennas is collocated with a respective one of the multiple receive components such that each receive antenna is connected to an interface of a respective one of the multiple receive components by a conductive via that is perpendicular to a plane of the single semiconductor substrate.
