A bracket device includes a bracket and a fastening member. The fastening member is pivoted to the bracket by a shaft member. The bracket includes a first structure, and the fastening member includes a second structure. When the fastening member is located at a locked position, the second structure is in cooperation with the first structure, so as to prevent the fastening member from tilting relative to the bracket. One of the first structure and the second structure is a protruding portion, and the other one of the first structure and the second structure is a hole or a recessed portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A bracket device, comprising: a bracket comprising a side wall, an edge wall and at least one mounting member, wherein the edge wall is substantially perpendicularly connected to the side wall, and the at least one mounting member is disposed on the edge wall; and a fastening member pivoted to the bracket by a shaft member, wherein when the fastening member is located at a position, a fastening portion of the fastening member is adjacent to the at least one mounting member; when the fastening member is not located at the position, the fastening portion of the fastening member is away from the at least one mounting member; wherein the bracket comprises a first structure disposed on the side wall of the bracket, and the fastening member comprises a second structure; wherein when the fastening member is located at the position, the second structure is in cooperation with the first structure, so as to be configured to prevent the fastening member from moving along an axis direction of the shaft member; wherein one of the first structure and the second structure is a protruding portion, and the other one of the first structure and the second structure is a hole or a recessed portion. 2. A bracket device, comprising: a bracket comprising a side wall and at least one mounting member adjacent to the side wall; and a fastening member pivoted to the bracket by a shaft member, wherein the fastening member comprises a fastening portion and a side wall substantially perpendicularly connected to the fastening portion; wherein the bracket comprises a first structure, and the fastening member comprises a second structure disposed on the side wall of the fastening member; wherein when the fastening member is located at a locked position, the fastening portion of the fastening member is adjacent to the at least one mounting member, the second structure is in cooperation with the first structure, so as to prevent the fastening member from tilting relative to the bracket; wherein one of the first structure and the second structure is a protruding portion, and the other one of the first structure and the second structure is a hole or a recessed portion. 3. The bracket device of claim 1 , wherein the fastening member further comprises a side wall substantially perpendicularly connected to the fastening portion, and the second structure is disposed on the side wall of the fastening member. 4. The bracket device of claim 1 , wherein a first width is defined by the first structure of the bracket along a height direction relative to a longitudinal direction of the bracket, a second width is defined by the second structure of the fastening member along the height direction, and the second width is substantially identical to the first width. 5. The bracket device of claim 2 , wherein the bracket further comprises an edge wall substantially perpendicularly connected to the side wall of the bracket, the at least one mounting member is disposed on the edge wall of the bracket, and the first structure is disposed on the side wall of the bracket. 6. The bracket device of claim 2 , wherein a first width is defined by the first structure of the bracket along a height direction relative to a longitudinal direction of the bracket, a second width is defined by the second structure of the fastening member along the height direction, and the second width is substantially identical to the first width. 7. A bracket device, comprising: a bracket comprising a side wall, an edge wall and at least one mounting member, the edge wall is substantially perpendicularly connected to the side wall, and the at least one mounting member is disposed on the edge wall; and a fastening member pivoted to the bracket by a shaft member; wherein the bracket further comprises a first structure disposed on the side wall of the bracket, and the fastening member comprises a second structure; wherein when the fastening member is located at a locked position, the second structure is in cooperation with the first structure, so as to prevent the fastening member from tilting relative to the bracket; wherein one of the first structure and the second structure is a protruding portion, and the other one of the first structure and the second structure is a hole or a recessed portion; wherein a first width is defined by the first structure of the bracket along a height direction relative to a longitudinal direction of the bracket, a second width is defined by the second structure of the fastening member along the height direction, and the second width is substantially identical to the first width.
