The present disclosure relates to an organic compound, wherein the organic compound has a structure represented by Formula (1):wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are the same or different, and are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aryl having 6 to 30 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, or a structure represented by Formula (2); and at least one of Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 has a structure represented by Formula (2);represents a chemical bond. The organic compound of the present disclosure has high thermal stability and glass transition temperature, and can improve the luminous efficiency of an organic electroluminescent device and prolong the service life of the device when used as an electron transport layer material of the organic electroluminescent device.

The invention claimed is: 1. An organic compound having a structure represented by Formula (1): wherein Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 are the same or different, and are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted aryl having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, or a structure represented by Formula (2); wherein the aryl is phenyl, naphthyl, biphenyl, or anthracyl, and the heteroaryl is pyridyl, quinolyl, isoquinolinyl, dibenzofuranyl, or dibenzothiophenyl; and at least one of Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 has the structure represented by Formula (2): represents a chemical bond; the substituents of Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 are the same or different, and are each independently selected from deuterium, a fluorine, a cyano, an alkyl having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or an unsubstituted aryl having 6 carbon atoms. 2. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein at least two of Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 have the structure represented by Formula (2). 3. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 are selected from and wherein at least one of Ar 1 , Ar 2 and Ar 3 has the structure represented by Formula (2). 4. The organic compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from one or more of the following compounds: 5. An organic electroluminescence device comprising the organic compound according to claim 1 . 6. The organic electroluminescence device according to claim 5 , wherein the organic compound is used as an electron transporting layer material. 7. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising an anode, a cathode, and at least one functional layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the functional layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic electroluminescent layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer, and wherein the electron transport layer contains the organic compound according to claim 1 . 8. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising an anode, a cathode, and at least one functional layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the functional layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic electroluminescent layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer, and wherein the electron transport layer contains the organic compound according to claim 2 . 9. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising an anode, a cathode, and at least one functional layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the functional layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic electroluminescent layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer, and wherein the electron transport layer contains the organic compound according to claim 3 . 10. An organic electroluminescent device, comprising an anode, a cathode, and at least one functional layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the functional layer comprises a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic electroluminescent layer, an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer, and wherein the electron transport layer contains the organic compound according to claim 4 .
