What is claimed and desired to be secured by Letters Patent is as follows: 1. A surgery table apparatus, comprising: a patient support structure coupled to a first end of a connection assembly; a base structure coupled to a second end of the connection assembly, the connection assembly comprising an arm and a locking member that slidably engages the arm, the arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores; a first key member; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation the second key member is inserted through the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is inserted through the first aperture and the first bore such that a locking element of the first key member engages a locking element of the locking member and the first key member is substantially locked in place and non-removable from the first aperture and the first bore, in the second orientation the second key member is spaced apart from the second aperture and the second bore and the locking element of the first key member is spaced apart from the locking element of the locking member such that the first key member is removable from the first aperture and the first bore, and wherein the second aperture is coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is non-coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 2. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking element of the first key member is a key notch portion and the locking element of the locking member is a U-shaped notch. 3. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking member moves from the first orientation to the second orientation by removing the second key member from the second aperture and the second bore. 4. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the second aperture is aligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is misaligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 5. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first bore extends through a first end of the locking member and the second bore extends through a second end of the locking member, the first end having a maximum thickness that is less than a maximum thickness of the second end. 6. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 5 , wherein the maximum thickness of the first end is equal to about half of the maximum thickness of the second end. 7. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking member includes opposite first and second surfaces, a first end of the locking member including a cutout that extends into the first surface, the first bore extending through the cutout and the second surface, the second bore extending through the first and second surfaces. 8. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the key members are identical. 9. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first key member comprises a first end including a handle and an opposite second end including a spring-loaded latch. 10. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 8 , wherein the locking element of the first key member is positioned between the first end and the second end. 11. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the locking element of the first key member has a circular cross-section with chamfered ends. 12. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 10 , wherein the first key member includes a body, the chamfered ends providing a substantially smooth transition between a diameter of the locking element of the first key member and a diameter of the body. 13. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first key member includes a body, the locking element of the first key member having a reduced diameter relative to the body. 14. A surgery table apparatus, comprising: a patient support structure coupled to a first end of a connection assembly; a base structure coupled to a second end of the connection assembly, the connection assembly comprising an arm and a locking member that slidably engages the arm, the arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores and a notch; a first key member comprising a body and a key notch portion having a reduced diameter relative to the body; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation the second key member is inserted through the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is inserted through the first aperture and the first bore such that the key notch portion engages the notch and the first key member is substantially locked in place and non-removable from the first aperture and the first bore, in the second orientation the second key member is spaced apart from the second aperture and the second bore and the key notch portion is spaced apart from the notch such that the first key member is removable from the first aperture and the first bore, and wherein the second aperture is coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is non-coaxial with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 15. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 14 , wherein the key notch portion has a circular cross-section with chamfered ends. 16. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 14 , wherein the notch is U-shaped. 17. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 14 , wherein the locking member moves from the first orientation to the second orientation by removing the second key member from the second aperture and the second bore. 18. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 14 , wherein the second aperture is aligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the first orientation and the second aperture is misaligned with the second bore when the locking member is in the second orientation. 19. A surgery table apparatus as recited in claim 14 , wherein the second aperture comprises a plurality of second apertures and the first aperture comprises a plurality of first apertures. 20. A surgery table apparatus, comprising: a patient support structure coupled to a first end of a connection assembly; a base structure coupled to a second end of the connection assembly, the connection assembly comprising an arm and a locking member that slidably engages the arm, the arm comprising spaced apart first and second apertures, the locking member comprising spaced apart first and second bores and a U-shaped notch; a first key member comprising a body and a key notch portion having a reduced diameter relative to the body; and a second key member, wherein the locking member is movable relative to the arm between a first orientation and a second orientation, in the first orientation the second key member is inserted through the second aperture and the second bore and the first key member is inserted through the first aperture and the first bore such that the key notch portion engages the notch and the first key member is substantially locked in place and non-removable fr
