A die pack mounting for a bodymaker includes a die pack mounting bed and a die pack mounting door assembly. The die pack mounting door assembly is movably coupled to the die pack mounting bed. The die pack mounting door assembly is movable between an open, first position, wherein the die pack mounting door assembly is structured to support a die pack in a maintenance configuration, and, a closed, second position, wherein the die pack mounting door assembly fixes the die pack in a selected position. Further, the die pack mounting door assembly does not include any coolant fluid fittings. That is, the die pack mounting door assembly defines internal passages for coolant and the coolant is supplied via similar passages in the die pack mounting bed.

What is claimed is: 1. A die pack mounting for a bodymaker, said bodymaker including a die pack, said die pack mounting comprising: a die pack mounting bed; a die pack mounting door assembly movably coupled to said die pack mounting bed, said die pack mounting door assembly including a body defining a number of coolant passages; and said die pack mounting door assembly movable between an open, first position, wherein said die pack mounting door assembly is structured to support said die pack in a maintenance configuration, and, a closed, second position, wherein said die pack mounting door assembly fixes said die pack in a selected position, wherein said body of said die pack mounting door assembly includes a generally planar first portion and a generally planar second portion disposed at an angle with respect to said generally planar first portion, wherein said number of coolant passages extend through both said first portion and said second portion, each of said number of coolant passages comprising a first leg and a second leg, wherein the first leg is angularly offset from the second leg by an obtuse angle; the first leg is oriented parallel to the generally planar first portion; and the second leg is oriented parallel to the generally planar second portion. 2. The die pack mounting of claim 1 wherein: said die pack mounting bed includes a machinery side and an operator side; said die pack mounting bed includes a die pack mounting hinge first component disposed on the die pack mounting bed operator side; said die pack mounting door assembly includes a die pack mounting hinge second component; said die pack mounting hinge first component rotatably coupled to said die pack mounting hinge second component; and wherein, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said second position, said die pack mounting door assembly is disposed on said die pack mounting bed operator side. 3. The die pack mounting of claim 1 wherein said body of said die pack mounting door assembly includes an inner side and an outer side; and wherein at least one of said inner side or said outer side includes a maintenance contour, said maintenance contour substantially corresponding to a portion of a die pack outer contour. 4. The die pack mounting of claim 3 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly includes a resilient member; said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member disposed on said die pack mounting door assembly body inner side; and said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member defining said maintenance contour. 5. The die pack mounting of claim 1 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly first portion having an inner side and an outer side; and wherein, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said first position, said die pack mounting door assembly first portion inner side faces generally upwardly, and, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said second position, said die pack mounting door assembly first portion inner side faces generally downwardly. 6. The die pack mounting of claim 5 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly includes a resilient member; said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member disposed on said die pack mounting door assembly body first portion inner side; and said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member defining a maintenance contour. 7. The die pack mounting of claim 1 wherein said die pack mounting bed defines a number of coolant passages in fluid communication with said die pack mounting door assembly body coolant passages when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said second position. 8. The die pack mounting of claim 1 wherein said die pack mounting door assembly does not include any coolant fluid fittings. 9. A bodymaker comprising: a die pack; a die pack mounting including a die pack mounting bed and a die pack mounting door assembly; said die pack mounting door assembly movably coupled to said die pack mounting bed, said die pack mounting door assembly including a body defining a number of coolant passages; said die pack mounting door assembly movable between an open, first position, wherein said die pack mounting door assembly is structured to support said die pack in a maintenance configuration, and, a closed, second position, wherein said die pack mounting door assembly fixes said die pack in a selected position; and said die pack coupled to the die pack mounting, wherein said body of said die pack mounting door assembly includes a generally planar first portion and a generally planar second portion disposed at an angle with respect to said generally planar first portion, wherein said number of coolant passages extend through both said first portion and said second portion, each of said number of coolant passages comprising a first leg and a second leg, wherein the first leg is angularly offset from the second leg by an obtuse angle; the first leg is oriented parallel to the generally planar first portion; and the second leg is oriented parallel to the generally planar second portion. 10. The bodymaker of claim 9 wherein: said die pack mounting bed includes a machinery side and an operator side; said die pack mounting bed includes a die pack mounting hinge first component disposed on the die pack mounting bed operator side; said die pack mounting door assembly includes a die pack mounting hinge second component; said die pack mounting hinge first component rotatably coupled to said die pack mounting hinge second component; and wherein, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said second position, said die pack mounting door assembly is disposed on said die pack mounting bed operator side. 11. The bodymaker of claim 9 wherein: said die pack includes an outer contour, and wherein: said body of said die pack mounting door assembly includes an inner side and an outer side; and wherein at least one of said die pack mounting door assembly body inner side or said die pack mounting door assembly body outer side includes a maintenance contour, said maintenance contour substantially corresponding to a portion of said die pack outer contour. 12. The bodymaker of claim 11 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly includes a resilient member; said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member disposed on said die pack mounting door assembly body inner side; and said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member defining said maintenance contour. 13. The bodymaker of claim 9 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly first portion having an inner side and an outer side; and wherein, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said first position, said die pack mounting door assembly first portion inner side faces generally upwardly, and, when said die pack mounting door assembly is in said second position, said die pack mounting door assembly first portion inner side faces generally downwardly. 14. The bodymaker of claim 13 wherein: said die pack mounting door assembly includes a resilient member; said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member disposed on said die pack mounting door assembly body first portion inner side; and said die pack mounting door assembly resilient member defining a maintenance contour. 15.
