Opening claim text (preview).
The invention claimed is: 1. A process for producing at least one of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, comprising: pyrolyzing perfluorooctene or a mixture of perfluorooctene and an inert gas by continuous reaction in a microreactor, wherein the pyrolysis is performed in the temperature range of 620° C. to 720° C., a linear velocity of perfluorooctene or the mixture is 5 to 1,500 mm/minute in the microreactor, and the microreactor has a diameter of 1 mm to 20 mm and a length of 20 cm or more.
