The method of claim 1 , wherein the extract comprises a mass ratio of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside:procyanidin B2 to be between 1:2.0 and 1:2.1. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein an amount of the extract is in a range of 0.005% to 99.9% based on a total weight of the composition. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the human is also suffering from skin inflammation. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the composition is a food, a cosmetic composition, or a pharmaceutical composition.
