A winding method includes: attracting a sheet-like belt 8b onto a table 14 by multiple attracting means 15 lined up in a longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt 8b; and winding the sheet-like belt 8b around a winding cylinder 50 by moving the winding cylinder 50 in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt 8b while rotating the winding cylinder 50 above the sheet-like belt 8b and by cancelling attraction by the attracting means 15 one after another from attracting means 15 to which the winding cylinder 50 has moved.

What is claimed is: 1. A winding method of a sheet-like belt for winding a sheet-like belt placed on a table around a winding cylinder, comprising: attracting the sheet-like belt onto the table by multiple attracting means lined up in a longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt; winding the sheet-like belt around the winding cylinder by moving the winding cylinder in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt while rotating the winding cylinder above the sheet-like belt and by cancelling attraction by the attracting means one after another from attracting means to which the winding cylinder has moved, and wherein the winding cylinder is started to rotate and move after a winding start tip of the sheet-like belt is inserted into a hole provided to an outer peripheral surface of the winding cylinder. 2. The winding method of a sheet-like belt according to claim 1 , wherein: as winding of the sheet-like belt around the winding cylinder progresses, an angular velocity of a rotation of the winding cylinder is reduced or a moving speed of the winding cylinder is increased. 3. The winding method of a sheet-like belt according to claim 1 , wherein: the sheet-like belt is wound around the winding cylinder while the winding cylinder is floating above the sheet-like belt attracted onto the table. 4. The winding method of a sheet-like belt according to claim 3 , wherein: the winding cylinder is pressed against a winding end tip of the sheet-like belt on the table at an end of the winding of the sheet-like belt around the winding cylinder. 5. The winding method of a sheet-like belt according to claim 1 , wherein: the attracting means are magnets. 6. The winding method of a sheet-like belt according to claim 1 wherein: the sheet-like belt has an inclined side portion inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt on a side closer to the winding start tip; and winding of the sheet-like belt is started from the winding start tip and in a small-diameter portion of the winding cylinder to which a radial difference is given by providing a step to make a diameter smaller on one side in an axial direction and larger on the other side in the axial direction. 7. A winding device of a sheet-like belt including a table on which to place a sheet-like belt and winding the sheet-like belt placed on the table, comprising: a winding cylinder around which the sheet-like belt is wound by moving in a longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt while rotating above the sheet-like belt placed on the table; multiple attracting means lined up in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt on the table for individually attracting the sheet-like belt onto the table; and a control portion controlling the winding cylinder and the attracting means, wherein the control portion winds the sheet-like belt around the winding cylinder by controlling the winding cylinder to move in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like belt while rotating above the sheet-like belt and the attracting means to cancel attraction one after another from attracting means to which the winding cylinder has moved, and the control portion starts to rotate and move the winding cylinder after a winding start tip of the sheet-like belt is inserted into a hole provided to an outer peripheral surface of the winding cylinder. 8. The winding device of a sheet-like belt according to claim 7 , wherein: a rotation shaft of the winding cylinder is held by air cylinders on both sides of the winding cylinder in a moving direction.
