What is claimed is: 1. An adaptor for incorporating a function of an Open Compute Project (OCP) mezzanine card into a storage device, comprising: a framework; a baseboard mounted to the framework and arranged to have the Open Compute Project (OCP) mezzanine card detachably mounted thereon independent of the baseboard mounting to the framework; an adapting part on the baseboard, the adapting part including an insertion slot for receiving a first interface of the OCP mezzanine card; and a connector on the baseboard, the connector configured to connect with the storage device, the baseboard including interconnections between the connector and the adapting part to provide for data exchange between the OCP mezzanine card and the storage device, wherein the framework has a front panel and two elongated side walls being co-configured with the baseboard to define a generally tray-like structure having the baseboard at the bottom, the side walls at the sides, the front panel at the front, and an open top, the adapting part of the baseboard facing the open top to provide for the detachable mounting of the OCP mezzanine card to the tray-like structure within the framework, the front panel including a latching part configured and operative to lock and unlock the framework to and from the storage device, and wherein the baseboard has an opening at which a main heating part of the OCP mezzanine card is positioned when the OCP mezzanine card is inserted in the adaptor, the opening facilitating heat dissipation of the OCP mezzanine card. 2. The adaptor of claim 1 , wherein the front panel includes an opening for receiving a second interface of the OCP mezzanine card, the second interface receiving an external device. 3. The adaptor of claim 2 , wherein the baseboard is generally elongated and rectangular and has two ends and two sides, and wherein (1) the front panel is at one end of the baseboard and the connector is disposed at the other end of the baseboard and extends outward therefrom, and (2) the adapting part is disposed at one side of the baseboard adjacent a corresponding portion of the framework. 4. The adaptor of claim 1 , wherein the connector and the first interface follow a same peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) protocol. 5. The adaptor of claim 1 , configured to have the OCP mezzanine card detachably secured thereto via a clip, the clip being detachably connected on the baseboard. 6. An apparatus for incorporating a function into a storage device, comprising: an Open Compute Project (OCP) mezzanine card configured and operative to provide the function; and an adaptor, the adaptor including: a framework; a baseboard mounted to the framework and arranged to have the Open Compute Project (OCP) mezzanine card detachably mounted thereon independent of the baseboard mounting to the framework; an adapting part on the baseboard, the adapting part including an insertion slot receiving a first interface of the OCP mezzanine card; and a connector on the baseboard, the connector configured to connect with the storage device, the baseboard including interconnections between the connector and the adapting part to provide for data exchange between the OCP mezzanine card and the storage device, wherein the framework has a front panel and two elongated side walls being co-configured with the baseboard to define a generally tray-like structure having the baseboard at the bottom, the side walls at the sides, the front panel at the front, and an open top, the adapting part of the baseboard facing the open top to provide for the detachable mounting of the OCP mezzanine card to the tray-like structure within the framework, the front panel including a latching part configured and operative to lock and unlock the framework to and from the storage device, and wherein the baseboard has an opening at which a main heating part of the OCP mezzanine card is positioned when the OCP mezzanine card is inserted in the adaptor, the opening facilitating heat dissipation of the OCP mezzanine card. 7. The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the front panel includes an opening receiving a second interface of the OCP mezzanine card, the second interface receiving an external device. 8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the baseboard is generally elongated and rectangular and has two ends and two sides, and wherein (1) the front panel is at one end of the baseboard and the connector is disposed at the other end of the baseboard and extends outward therefrom, and (2) the adapting part is disposed at one side of the baseboard adjacent a corresponding portion of the framework. 9. The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the connector and the first interface follow a same peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe) protocol. 10. The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the OCP mezzanine card is detachably secured to the adaptor via a clip, the clip being detachably connected on the baseboard.
