The present disclosure relates to an information sending method and a device. In examples of the present disclosure, a terminal may send feedback information for a downlink subframe to a network device in a first feedback manner, that is, a first codebook of the feedback information is determined according to an instantly scheduled downlink subframe set.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: scheduling, by a network device, a first downlink time unit for a terminal, wherein the first downlink time unit is in a downlink time unit set; sending, by the network device, a sum field and a first indication field to the terminal, wherein the first indication field indicates a total quantity of downlink time units in the downlink time unit set, and wherein the sum field indicates a total quantity of: downlink time units whose numbers are equal to the time unit number of the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set, and downlink time units before the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set; and receiving, by the network device, first feedback information in an uplink time unit from the terminal, wherein the first feedback information corresponds to the downlink time unit set, wherein the downlink time unit set is composed of downlink time units that are actually scheduled by the network device, and wherein the first feedback information comprises feedback information for each downlink time unit in the downlink time unit set. 2. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: sending, by the network device, an index field on a downlink control channel, wherein a value of the index field denotes an accumulative counting value of downlink time units in the downlink time unit set, up to the first downlink time unit and a first carrier on which the first downlink time unit is located, first in increasing order of carrier number and then in increasing order of time unit number. 3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the sum field is carried on the downlink control channel. 4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first indication field is in an uplink scheduling grant (UL_grant). 5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the downlink time unit set is a subset of a preconfigured downlink time unit set, and the preconfigured downlink time unit set is configured for the terminal and includes all downlink time units on all carriers corresponding to the uplink time unit. 6. The method according to claim 1 , wherein a respective time unit corresponds to a respective subframe. 7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein each downlink time unit in the downlink time unit set comprises a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). 8. An apparatus, comprising: a processor configured to: obtain a sum field and a first indication field from a network device; and determine first feedback information for a first downlink time unit in a downlink time unit set according to the sum field and the first indication field; and a transmitter configured to send the first feedback information in an uplink time unit to the network device, wherein the first feedback information corresponds to the downlink time unit set, wherein the downlink time unit set is composed of downlink time units that are actually scheduled by the network device, and wherein the first feedback information comprises feedback information for each downlink time unit in the downlink time unit set; wherein the first indication field indicates a total quantity of downlink time units in the downlink time unit set, and wherein the sum field indicates a total quantity of: downlink time units whose numbers are equal to the time unit number of the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set, and downlink time units before the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set. 9. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the first feedback information is further determined according to an index field, and wherein the processor is further configured to: obtain the index field, wherein the index field is carried on a downlink control channel, and wherein a value of the index field denotes an accumulative counting value of downlink time units in the downlink time unit set, up to the first downlink time unit and a first carrier on which the first downlink time unit is located, first in increasing order of carrier number and then in increasing order of time unit number. 10. The apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the sum field is carried on the downlink control channel. 11. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the first indication field is in an uplink scheduling grant (UL_grant). 12. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the downlink time unit set is a subset of a preconfigured downlink time unit set, and the preconfigured downlink time unit set is configured for the apparatus and includes all downlink time units on all carriers corresponding to the uplink time unit. 13. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein a respective time unit corresponds to a respective subframe. 14. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein each downlink time unit in the downlink time unit set comprises a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). 15. An apparatus, comprising: a processor configured to schedule a first downlink time unit for a terminal, wherein the first downlink time unit is in a downlink time unit set; a transmitter configured to send a sum field and a first indication field to the terminal, wherein the first indication field indicates a total quantity of downlink time units in the downlink time unit set, and wherein the sum field indicates a total quantity of: downlink time units whose numbers are equal to the time unit number of the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set, and downlink time units before the first downlink time unit and that are in the downlink time unit set; and a receiver configured to receive first feedback information in an uplink time unit, wherein the first feedback information corresponds to the downlink time unit set, wherein the downlink time unit set is composed of downlink time units that are actually scheduled by the apparatus, and wherein the first feedback information comprises feedback information for each downlink time unit in the downlink time unit set. 16.
