What is claimed is: 1. A device adapted to provide an erection for a trans-male person identified as female at birth, the device comprising: an implantable prosthesis implantable into a neophallus of the trans-male person and adapted to provide the neophallus with an erection; and a support configured for attachment to a pelvis at a location inferior to a pubic bone, the support comprising a first portion attachable to a first ramus of the pelvis and a second portion attachable to a second ramus of the pelvis; wherein the implantable prosthesis in combination with the support are adapted to orient the neophallus of the trans-male person in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse. 2. The neopenis of claim 1 , wherein the implantable prosthesis comprises an inflatable penile implant. 3. The neopenis of claim 1 , wherein the implantable prosthesis comprises a malleable implant. 4. The neopenis of claim 1 , wherein the support comprises an artificial crus penis recess sized to receive the implantable prosthesis. 5. The neopenis of claim 1 , wherein the support comprises an artificial ligament configured to be attached to one of the first ramus and the second ramus of the trans-male person. 6. The neopenis of claim 1 , wherein the support comprises an artificial ligament configured to be attached to one of the first ramus and the second ramus of the trans-male person, and a crus penis recess coupled with the artificial ligament and sized to receive the implantable prosthesis.
