What is claimed is: 1. An electronic device, comprising: one or more biometric sensors; a display; one or more processors; and memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for: displaying, on the display a biometric enrollment interface, wherein displaying the biometric enrollment interface includes concurrently displaying: a representation of a biometric feature, wherein the representation of the biometric feature has an orientation determined based on an alignment of the biometric feature to one or more biometric sensors of the device; a progress indicator including a first progress-indicator portion at a first position on the display relative to the representation of the biometric feature and a second progress-indicator portion at a second position on the display relative to the representation of the biometric feature, wherein the representation of the biometric feature is displayed between the first position and the second position on the display; and a simulated three-dimensional orientation guide overlaid on the representation of the biometric feature; while concurrently displaying the representation of the biometric feature and the progress indicator, detecting a change in the orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors that includes rotation about an axis parallel to the display of the electronic device; and in response to detecting the change in the orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors: changing visual characteristics of the simulated three-dimensional orientation guide in accordance with the change in orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors, including: simulating rotation of the simulated three-dimensional orientation guide about an axis parallel to the display of the electronic device to provide feedback about an orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors; and emphasizing the displayed simulated three-dimensional orientation guide while the biometric feature is moving; in accordance with a determination that the change in the orientation of the biometric feature meets enrollment criteria for a first portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the first progress-indicator portion, updating one or more visual characteristics of the first progress-indicator portion that indicates that biometric information for the first portion of the biometric feature has been successfully captured by the device for use in completing enrollment of the biometric feature; and in accordance with a determination that the change in the orientation of the biometric feature meets enrollment criteria for a second portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the second progress-indicator portion, updating one or more visual characteristics of the second progress-indicator portion that indicates that biometric information for the second portion of the biometric feature has been successfully captured by the device for use in completing enrollment of the biometric feature; and after capturing biometric information for one or more portions of the biometric feature, completing enrollment of the biometric feature based on the biometric information captured while displaying the biometric enrollment user interface. 2. The electronic device of claim 1 , the one or more programs further including instructions for: in response to detecting the change in the orientation of the biometric feature to the one or more biometric sensors, updating the representation of the biometric feature in accordance with the change in the orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors. 3. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the progress indicator includes a plurality of progress-indicator portions, the plurality of progress-indicator portions including the first progress-indicator portion and the second progress-indicator portion, wherein the plurality of progress-indicator portions surrounds at least a portion of the representation of the biometric feature. 4. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the enrollment criteria for the first portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the first progress-indicator portion includes a requirement that the first portion of the biometric feature is oriented relative to the one or more biometric sensors in a predetermined manner. 5. The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein one or more of the progress-indicator portions of the plurality of progress-indicator portions includes a plurality of respective progress elements. 6. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the enrollment criteria for a first portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the first progress-indicator portion include a requirement that the first portion of the biometric feature has not been enrolled. 7. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein: the first progress-indicator portion indicates the enrollment status of a first portion of the biometric feature that is detected by the one or more biometric sensors when the biometric feature is turned toward the first progress-indicator portion; and the second progress-indicator portion indicates the enrollment status of a second portion of the biometric feature, different from the first portion of the biometric feature that is detected by the one or more biometric sensors when the biometric feature is turned toward the second progress-indicator portion. 8. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein displaying the representation of the biometric feature includes displaying a digital viewfinder including a representation of a field of view of one or more cameras of the electronic device. 9. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the enrollment criteria for a first portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the first progress-indicator portion includes a requirement that the first portion of the biometric feature change in orientation relative to the one or more biometric sensors by at least a threshold amount. 10. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein displaying the biometric enrollment interface further includes displaying a prompt to move the biometric feature. 11. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein displaying the prompt to move the biometric feature includes displaying a prompt indicating a direction of movement. 12. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein updating one or more visual characteristics of the first progress-indicator portion includes updating the one or more visual characteristics of the first progress-indicator from a first state to a second state that indicates that the first progress-indicator portion meets the enrollment criteria. 13. The electronic device of claim 12 , the one or more programs further including instructions for: after updating one or more visual characteristics of the first progress-indicator portion, detecting a change in orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors so the biometric feature no longer meets enrollment criteria for a first portion of the biometric feature that corresponds to the first progress-indicator portion; and in response to detecting the change in orientation of the biometric feature relative to the one or more biometric sensors, updating the one or more visual characteristics of the first progress-indicator portion from the second state to a third state that indicates that the first portion of the biometric feature has been enrolled but no longer meets the enrollme
