Provided are a plasticizer composition and a resin composition, and a preparation method thereof. The plasticizer includes a terephthalate-based material and a citrate-based material, which improves physical properties, such as plasticizing efficiency, migration, tensile strength, elongation rate, stress resistance and light resistance, required for a sheet formulation when used as a plasticizer of a resin composition.

The invention claimed is: 1. A plasticizer composition comprising: di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate; and tripentyl citrate, wherein a weight ratio of the di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate to the tripentyl citrate is in a range of 80:20 to 50:50. 2. The plasticizer composition of claim 1 , further comprising an epoxidized oil. 3. The plasticizer composition of claim 2 , wherein the epoxidized oil is included in an amount of 1 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the plasticizer composition. 4. A resin composition comprising: 100 parts by weight of a resin; and 5 parts by weight to 150 parts by weight of the plasticizer composition of claim 1 . 5. The resin composition of claim 4 , wherein the resin comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene vinyl acetate, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyurethane, and a thermoplastic elastomer. 6. The resin composition of claim 4 , wherein the resin composition is a material of at least one product selected from the group consisting of electric wires, flooring materials, automotive interior materials, films, sheets, wallpaper, and tubes. 7. A plasticizer composition comprising: di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate; and tri(2-ethylhexyl) citrate, wherein a weight ratio of the di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate to the tri(2-ethylhexyl) citrate is in a range of 70:30 to 50:50. 8. The plasticizer composition of claim 7 , further comprising an epoxidized oil. 9. The plasticizer composition of claim 8 , wherein the epoxidized oil is included in an amount of 1 part by weight to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the plasticizer composition. 10. A plasticizer composition comprising: di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate; and triisononyl citrate, wherein a weight ratio of the di(2-ethylhexyl)terephthalate to the triisononyl citrate is in a range of 70:30 to 50:50. 11. The plasticizer composition of claim 10 , further comprising an epoxidized oil. 12. The plasticizer composition of claim 11 , wherein the epoxidized oil is included in an amount of 1 part by weight to 100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the plasticizer composition.
