What is claimed is: 1. A fibrous structure comprising a plurality of filaments present in the fibrous structure at a level of less than 90% by weight of the fibrous structure on a dry basis and a plurality of solid additives, the fibrous structure further comprising: (a) a first region, wherein the solid additives are present in the first region at a first average weight % as measured according to the TGA Test Method; and (b) a second region, wherein the solid additives are present in the second region at a second average weight % different from the first average weight % as measured according to the TGA Test Method. 2. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the second region is dispersed throughout the first region. 3. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the first average weight % is from about 10% to about 90% as measured according to the TGA Test Method. 4. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the second average weight % is from about 10% to about 90% as measured according to the TGA Test Method. 5. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the ratio of the first average weight % to the second average weight % is greater than 1 as measured according to the TGA Test Method. 6. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the ratio of the first average weight % to the second average weight % is less than 1 as measured according to the TGA Test Method. 7. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the first region is a macroscopically monoplanar, patterned, first region. 8. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the filaments are present in the fibrous structure at a level of less than 90% but greater than 5% by weight of the fibrous structure on a dry basis. 9. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the solid additives are present in the fibrous structure at a level of greater than 10% by weight of the fibrous structure on a dry basis. 10. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the filaments and solid additives are commingled together. 11. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein at least one of the filaments comprises a thermoplastic polymer. 12. The fibrous structure according to claim 11 wherein the thermoplastic polymer is selected from the group consisting of: polyolefins, polyesters, polyhydroxyalkanoates, polyhydroxybutyrates, and mixtures thereof. 13. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the solid additives comprise fibers. 14. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the first region and the second region exhibit a different value of at least one common micro-CT intensive property as measured according to the Micro-CT Test Method. 15. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure is a core component. 16. The fibrous structure according to claim 15 wherein the fibrous structure further comprises a scrim component. 17. The fibrous structure according to claim 16 wherein the scrim component comprises greater than 99% by weight of filaments. 18. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure comprises a liquid composition. 19. The fibrous structure according to claim 18 wherein the fibrous structure is a wet wipe. 20. The fibrous structure according to claim 1 wherein the fibrous structure is a floor cleaning pad.
