A conveyor employs an infeed assembly and outfeed assembly, each comprising a nosebar assembly that may be mounted to a conveyor frame to transition a conveyor belt between a returnway and a carryway, a belt guiding roller, such as a sprocket or brake, a position limiter for ensuring proper engagement between the belt guiding roller and the conveyor belt and a connecting plate that ensures proper placement of the position limiter relative to the guide roller. The infeed assembly and outfeed assembly components may be easily moved into engagement and out of engagement to facilitate replacement, cleaning or maintenance.

What is claimed is: 1. A scraper assembly for a conveyor, comprising: a pair of spaced apart scraper mounting plates, each scraper mounting plate including an upper outer protrusion and a lower outer protrusion; a base support extending between the scraper mounting plates; a plurality of scraper blade receptacles formed on the base support; and a pair of mounting arms for mounting and biasing the scraper assembly relative to a conveyor belt, each mounting arm including an upper recess for receiving an upper outer protrusion of a scraper mounting plate and a lower slot for receiving a lower outer protrusion of a scraper mounting plate. 2. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein each mounting arm has a body that curves to form a curved recess. 3. The scraper assembly of claim 2 , wherein the body of the mounting arm connects at an end to a counter weight extending between the pair of mounting arms. 4. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein each mounting arm further includes a tapering tail that protrudes inwards from the lower slot. 5. The scraper assembly of claim 4 , wherein each mounting arm further comprises a nook formed in a bottom edge between the tapering tail and the lower slot. 6. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein each mounting arm further includes a central outer protrusion for mounting the mounting arm to an associated connecting plate. 7. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein at least one mounting plate includes a handle extending from a top thereof. 8. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein the blade receptacles comprise cooperating fingers that compressively hold a scraper blade. 9. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a scraper blade inserted in the blade receptacles. 10. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , wherein base support includes a number of cutouts below the blade receptacles. 11. The scraper assembly of claim 10 , wherein the cutouts are separated by flexible columns. 12. The scraper assembly of claim 11 , wherein flexible columns in a central portion of the base support are thicker than flexible columns in outer portions of the base support. 13. The scraper assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a connecting plate for mounting the mounting arms to a frame of a conveyor. 14. The scraper assembly of claim 13 , further comprising a position limiter also connected to the connecting plate.
