What is claimed is: 1. An under cabinet light interface device, comprising: a power input interface, configured to be connected to an under cabinet light power source, so as to acquire an input alternating current from the under cabinet light power source; a power output module, configured to receive, by means of a circuit, the input alternating current from the power input interface, convert the input alternating current into an output current, and output the output current to one or more appliances connected to the power output module; a dimmer detection module, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and configured to detect whether a dimmer is connected to the power input interface; and a first switch device, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and configured to: disconnect a circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that a dimmer is connected to the power input interface, and conduct the circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that no dimmer is connected to the power input interface. 2. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power output module comprises: an alternating current—alternating current conversion module, configured to convert the input alternating current into one or more output alternating currents; one or more alternating current output interfaces, configured to output the one or more output alternating currents to one or more appliance connected to the one or more alternating current output interfaces; an alternating current—direct current conversion module, configured to convert the input alternating current into a constant direct current; a direct current output control module, configured to convert the constant direct current into one or more output direct currents; and one or more direct current output interfaces, configured to output the one or more output direct currents to one or more appliance connected to the one or more direct current output interfaces. 3. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein at least one of the alternating current output interfaces is configured to be connectable to an under cabinet light and provide power to the under cabinet light. 4. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the power output module comprises: a second switch device, provided between the first switch device and the alternating current—direct current conversion module, and configured to control closing or opening of a circuit between the first switch device and the power output module. 5. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed claim 1 , further comprising an alarm device, the alarm device is configured to: issue an alarm signal if the dimmer detection module detects that a dimmer is connected to the power input interface. 6. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising an overload protection device, the overload protection device is configured to: acquire a power load value of the under cabinet light interface device; compare the power load value with a safety load value of the under cabinet light interface device; and disconnect the circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the power load value exceeds the safety load value of the under cabinet light interface device. 7. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a wrong insertion protection device, the wrong insertion protection device is configured to: detect whether an appliance connected to the power output module matches the power output module; and control the power output module not to output a current to the appliance which does not match if the appliance connected to the power output module does not match the power output module. 8. The under cabinet light interface device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the dimmer detection module is configured to: acquire a predetermined waveform when a dimmer is connected to the power input interface; detect an input waveform of the input alternating current; and compare whether the input waveform matches the predetermined waveform, so as to detect whether a dimmer is connected to the power input interface. 9. A lighting device interface device, comprising: a power input interface, configured to be connected to a lighting device, so as to acquire an input alternating current from the lighting device; a power output module, configured to receive, by means of a circuit, the input alternating current from the power input interface, convert the input alternating current into an output current, and output the output current to one or more appliances connected to the power output module; a dimmer detection module, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and configured to detect whether a dimmer is connected to the power input interface; and a first switch device, provided between the power input interface and the power output module, and configured to: disconnect a circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that a dimmer is connected to the power input interface, and conduct the circuit connection between the power input interface and the power output module if the dimmer detection module detects that no dimmer is connected to the power input interface. 10.
