What is claimed is: 1. An operation lever for a working vehicle, the operation lever being arranged to one side of an operator seat of the working vehicle, comprising: a swing body configured to be swingable; and a grip arranged on an upper portion of the swing body, wherein the grip includes: a gripping portion arranged to the one side; an operating portion arranged to an other side opposed to the one side and provided with an operation switch; an extending portion extending backward from a lower portion of the gripping portion; and an anti-slip portion arranged between a surface of the gripping portion and a surface of the extending portion, wherein the surface of the gripping portion includes a portion out of the anti-slip portion, and the anti-slip portion has a surface whose friction coefficient is larger than that of the portion of the surface of the gripping portion out of the anti-slip portion, wherein the extending portion has: a rear portion extending backward from a lower portion of the gripping portion; and a side portion extending from an edge portion arranged to the one side of the gripping portion toward the one side, wherein the anti-slip portion is arranged on both the rear portion and the side portion, wherein the extending portion extending from the lower portion of the gripping portion has an extending width on the one side broader than an extending width on the other side, and wherein the extending portion has a width being the widest at a boundary between the rear portion and the side portion. 2. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the rear portion and the side portion are arranged continuously between the lower portion of the gripping portion and the one side. 3. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the side portion is arranged on the one side of the gripping portion in an area from a lower end portion to a middle portion in a longitudinal direction. 4. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the surface of the gripping portion includes, on a lower portion of the surface near the operating portion, an area that does not have the anti-slip portion. 5. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 4 , wherein the area that does not have the anti-slip portion is arranged downward from the operation switch in a longitudinal direction. 6. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the gripping portion includes: a curved surface that is curved extending from the other side toward the one side; and a standing surface that stands from the operating portion toward the curved surface, and wherein the anti-slip portion is arranged between the curved surface and the surface of the extending portion. 7. The operation lever for the working vehicle according to claim 6 , wherein the standing surface is provided with another operation switch other than the operation switch, and wherein the anti-slip portion is arranged at least on an area overlapped with the other operation switch in the longitudinal direction. 8. The operation lever for the working machine according to claim 6 , wherein the curved surface includes: a side edge portion constituting an edge portion of the curved surface on the one side; an upper edge portion constituting an edge portion of an upper side of the curved surface; and a corner edge portion connecting between the side edge portion and the upper edge portion, and wherein the corner edge portion is curved at a curvature radius smaller than curvature radiuses of the side edge portion and the upper edge portion. 9. A working vehicle comprising: an operator seat mounted on a vehicle body; an arm rest arranged to one side of the operator seat; and an operation lever arranged on the arm rest, wherein the operation lever is the operation lever according to claim 1 . 10. The working vehicle according to claim 9 , wherein the arm rest has an elbow-rest portion arranged behind the operation lever, and wherein the operation lever is arranged within a width of the elbow-rest portion in a machine width direction.
