What is claimed is: 1. A vacuum cleaner, comprising: a cleaner body; and a dust collector provided in the cleaner body, wherein the dust collector includes: an outer case forming a side appearance of the dust collector; an inner case provided within the outer case; a first cyclone provided by the inner case and the outer case to filter first foreign matter from air introduced into the dust collector; a second cyclone having a plurality of hollow bodies in the inner case to separate second foreign matter from the air filtered from the first cyclone; and an upper cover mounted on a top of the outer case to cover the first and second cyclones and having an intake guide configured to introduce air into the first cyclone and an exhaust guide configured to discharge air from the second cyclone, wherein the intake guide is at least partially bent and extends toward an inner circumference of the outer case, and wherein an outlet of the exhaust guide is open in a direction opposite to the inlet of the intake guide. 2. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , further including: a nozzle configured to suck air containing first and second foreign matter; and a tube connected to the nozzle and an inlet of the intake guide, respectively. 3. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , wherein an inlet of the exhaust guide communicates with an inner space of a vortex finder located in the second cyclone, and is formed at both sides of the intake guide. 4. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , wherein a width of the outlet of the exhaust guide is larger than a width of the inlet of the intake guide. 5. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the upper cover includes seams by injection molding in three directions, such as a bottom side, an inlet side of the intake guide, and an outlet side of the exhaust guide. 6. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the intake guide includes: a branch wall formed at a position facing an inlet of the intake guide; and a first and a second branch passages provided at a first and a second side of the branch wall, respectively, and extending toward an inner circumference of the outer case. 7. The vacuum cleaner of claim 6 , wherein the branch wall is formed at an angle with respect to the inlet of the intake guide. 8. The vacuum cleaner of claim 7 , wherein the first and second branch passages extend in the same rotational direction. 9. The vacuum cleaner of claim 8 , wherein the first branch passage extends toward a rear of the branch wall and the second branch passage extends toward a front of the branch wall. 10. The vacuum cleaner of claim 6 , wherein an outlet of the exhaust guide is open in a direction opposite to the inlet of the intake guide. 11. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the inner case includes a housing having a mesh filter that filters the first foreign matter from air passing through the mesh filter. 12. A vacuum cleaner, comprising: a cleaner body; and a dust collector provided in the cleaner body, wherein the dust collector includes: an outer case forming a side appearance of the dust collector; an inner case provided within the outer case; an upper cover coupled to a top of the outer case and having an intake guide and an exhaust guide; and at least one cyclone provided by the inner case and the outer case to filter air introduced into the outer case through the intake guide, wherein the air filtered by the at least one cyclone is discharged through the exhaust guide, and an inlet of the intake guide and an outlet of the exhaust guide are open in directions opposite to each other, wherein the intake guide is at least partially bent and extends toward an inner circumference of the outer case. 13. The vacuum cleaner of claim 12 , wherein the intake guide includes: a first portion extending linearly from the inlet of the intake guide; and a second portion bent downward toward a lateral side of the upper cover from the first portion to cause a swirling flow in air introduced into the outer case. 14. The vacuum cleaner of claim 13 , wherein an inlet of the exhaust guide is formed at both sides of the intake guide, respectively. 15. The vacuum cleaner of claim 12 , wherein the intake guide includes: a branch wall formed at a position facing the inlet of the intake guide; and a first and a second branch passages provided at a first and a second side of the branch wall, respectively, and extending toward an inner circumference of the outer case. 16. The vacuum cleaner of claim 15 , wherein the branch wall is formed at an angle with respect to the inlet of the intake guide. 17. A vacuum cleaner, comprising: a cleaner body; and a dust collector provided in the cleaner body, wherein the dust collector includes: an outer case; a hollow inner case provided within the outer case; a first cyclone provided by the inner case and the outer case to filter first foreign matter from air introduced into the dust collector; a second cyclone having a plurality of hollow bodies in the inner case to separate second foreign matter from the air filtered by the first cyclone; a cover that covers a top of the second cyclone and including a communication hole corresponding to a vortex finder of the second cyclone from which air from which the second foreign matter is separated is discharged; and an upper cover that covers the cover, wherein the upper cover includes: an intake port having a bent guide and extending toward an annular space between the outer case and the cover to introduce air into the annular space between the outer case and the cover so as to circulate in a spiral flow; and an exhaust port configured to communicate with the communication hole to discharge air discharged through the vortex finder, and wherein the bent guide extends toward an inner circumference of the outer case. 18. The vacuum cleaner of claim 17 , wherein an inlet of the intake port and an outlet of the exhaust port are open in directions opposite to each other.
