We claim: 1. A buckle fold assembly for folding a sheet of material, comprising: a first pair of pinch rollers; a second pair of pinch rollers downstream and spaced apart of the first pair of pinch rollers; and a buckle tray; the buckle tray comprising a mouth; wherein the mouth is adjacent to the second pair of pinch rollers such that a tail of the sheet of material travels a distance between the spaced apart first and second pinch rollers, is then driven into the buckle tray by the first pair of pinch rollers, and then a fold in the sheet of material is forced through the second pair of pinch rollers. 2. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , wherein the sheet of material comprises a plurality of perforations thereon, wherein the first pair of pinch rollers comprises a first speed, and wherein the second pair of pinch rollers comprises a second speed. 3. The buckle fold assembly of claim 2 , wherein the first speed is greater than the second speed such that the plurality of perforations separate between the first pair of pinch rollers and the second pair of pinch rollers as a speed mechanism. 4. The buckle fold assembly of claim 3 , wherein the first speed is greater than the second speed by about two to one. 5. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a dispensing shelf downstream of the second pair of pinch rollers. 6. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a cutting mechanism. 7. The buckle fold assembly of claim 6 , wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a knife assembly. 8. The buckle fold assembly of claim 6 , wherein the cutting mechanism comprises a wheel cutter. 9. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , wherein the sheet material comprises one or more rolls of sheet material and wherein the buckle fold assembly comprises a loading station for the one or more rolls. 10. The buckle fold assembly of claim 9 wherein the loading station comprises a tucker finger positioned about the first pair of pinch rollers. 11. The buckle fold assembly of claim 9 , wherein the loading station comprises a tail finder mechanism. 12. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first pair of pinch rollers and the second pair of pinch rollers are spring loaded. 13. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a presentation tray downstream of the second pair of pinch rollers. 14. The buckle fold assembly of claim 13 , wherein the presentation tray comprises an offset angle. 15. The buckle fold assembly of claim 13 , wherein the presentation tray comprises a multi-slot presentation tray. 16. The buckle fold assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a user interface with one or more push buttons or one or more sensors. 17. A buckle fold assembly for folding a sheet of material, comprising: a first pair of pinch rollers; a second pair of pinch rollers downstream of the first pair of pinch rollers; a buckle tray adjacent to the second pair of pinch rollers such that a tail of the sheet of material enters the buckle tray and then a fold in the sheet of material is forced through the second pair of pinch rollers; and a multi-slot presentation tray downstream of the second pair of pinch rollers; wherein the multi-slot presentation tray comprises a maneuverable presentation tray with a vertical drive mechanism.
