An electronic device includes: a communicator comprising communication circuitry configured to communicate with a server, a memory storing one or more instructions, and a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions stored in the memory to: set an operation according to a connection release of the communicator to be skipped based on receiving first operation mode change information in a normal mode and enter a suspend mode from the normal mode, skip the operation according to the connection release based on receiving connection release information from the communicator in the suspend mode, and switch from the suspend mode to the normal mode based on receiving second operation mode change information after receiving the connection release information from the communicator and release setting to skip the operation according to the connection release of the communicator in the normal mode.

What is claimed is: 1. An electronic device comprising: a communicator comprising communication circuitry configured to communicate with a server; a memory storing one or more instructions; and a processor configured to execute the one or more instructions stored in the memory to: set information, associated with an operation performed in response to an operation state change of the communicator occurring, with a first value, wherein the first value represents the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring to be skipped based on the electronic device operating in a suspend mode, in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring based on the electronic device operating in the suspend mode, skip the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring based on the information with the first value, in response to an operation mode of the electronic device being switched from the suspend mode to a normal mode, set the information with a second value, wherein the second value represents the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring to be performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring. 2. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to establish a transmission control protocol (TCP) session with the server using a transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) in the normal mode, and the communicator is further configured to perform an operation of maintaining the TCP session and to receive a power-on packet from the server through the TCP session in the suspend mode. 3. The electronic device of claim 2 , wherein the operation state change of the communicator includes at least one of occurrence of a link down event of the communicator or occurrence of a link up event of the communicator, wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to maintain the TCP session without performing the operation even though the operation state change of the communicator is occurred, based on the information with the first value. 4. The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to maintain the TCP session by skipping a process of closing a TCP socket. 5. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the communicator is further configured to transmit a wake-up signal to the processor based on receiving a power-on packet from the server in the suspend mode, and the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to: resume based on the wake-up signal and control the communicator to be reset, wherein based on the communicator being reset, at least one of a link down event of the communicator or a link up event of the communicator occurring, and skip the operation based on the information with the first value. 6. The electronic device of claim 5 , wherein the communicator is further configured to: in response to the power-on packet retransmitted from the server being received after the reset of the communicator is completed, transmit the power-on packet retransmitted to the processor, and the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to switch to the normal mode by performing a power-on operation based on receiving the power-on packet retransmitted. 7. The electronic device of claim 6 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to control the communicator to transmit a response message to the server in response to receiving the power-on packet retransmitted signal. 8. The electronic device of claim 6 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to terminate a TCP session with the server by performing a process of closing a TCP socket based on the operation state change of the communicator occurring in the normal mode occurring. 9. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to execute the one or more instruction to, in response to receiving an input for switching the operation mode of the electronic device from the normal mode to the suspend mode being received, set the information with the first value. 10. A method of operating an electronic device comprising a processor and a communicator including communication circuitry, the method comprising: setting information, associated with an operation performed in response to an operation state change of the communicator occurring, with a first value, wherein the first value represents the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring to be skipped based on the electronic device operating in a suspend mode; in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring based on the electronic device operating in the suspend mode, skipping the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring based on the information with the first value; and in response to an operation mode of the electronic device being switched from the suspend mode to a normal mode, setting the information with a second value, wherein the second value represents the operation performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring to be performed in response to the operation state change of the communicator occurring. 11. The method of claim 10 , further comprising: establishing a transmission control protocol (TCP) session with a server using a transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) in the normal mode; performing, by the communicator, an operation of maintaining the TCP session in the suspend mode; and receiving, by the communicator, a power-on packet from the server through the TCP session. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the operation state change of the communicator includes at least one of occurrence of a link down event of the communicator or occurrence of a link up event of the communicator, and the operating method further comprises maintaining the TCP session without performing the operation even though the operation state change of the communicator occurring, based on the information with the first value. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the maintaining of the TCP session includes maintaining the TCP session by skipping a process of closing a TCP socket. 14. The method of claim 10 , further comprising: transmitting a wake-up signal to the processor based on the communicator receiving a power-on packet from a server in the suspend mode; and resuming the processor based on the wake-up signal and controlling, by the processor, the communicator to be reset, wherein based on the communicator being reset, at least one of a link down event of the communicator or a link up event of the communicator occurring, wherein the skipping of the operation includes, based on the at least one of a link down event of the communicator or a link up event of the communicator occurring, skipping the operation based on the information with the first value. 15. The method of claim 14 , further comprising: in response to the power-on packet retransmitted from the server being received after the reset of the communicator is completed, by the communicator, transmitting the power-on packet retransmitted to the processor. 16. The method of claim 15 , further comprising transmitting a response message to the server in res
