The invention claimed is: 1. A compound of formula (I): in formula (I), R 3 represents a phenyl group having a substituent, and the substituent is a hetero ring in which at least two substituted or unsubstituted aromatic rings are condensed, or a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group, and n represents a number of repetitions of a content in brackets and is 0 or 1. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R 3 is at least one selected from the group consisting of groups of formula (d1) to formula (d4): in the formulae (d1) to (d4), R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 each independently represents a substituent; a and b each independently represents the number of R 1 or R 2 in brackets and is any one of integers of 0 to 4; c represents the number of R 4 in brackets and is any one of integers of 0 to 2; d each independently represents the number of R 5 or R 6 in brackets and is any one of integers of 0 to 5, when each of R 1 , R 2 , R 4 , R 5 or R 6 is plurally substituted, the substituents may be identical to or different from each other, two adjacent substituents may bond together to form a ring with carbon atoms bonded with the substituents, and * represents a bonding position. 3. A light-emitting material comprising the compound of claim 1 . 4. A light-emitting element comprising the light-emitting material of claim 3 .
