What is claimed is: 1. A compound of Formula (II): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: L 2 is C 1-3 alkylene; each Hal is independently a halogen; R 2a , R 3a , R 4a , and R 5a are each independently selected from H and OH; provided that at least one of R 2a , R 3a , R 4a , and R 5a is OH; and R 2b , R 3b , R 4b , R 5b , R 6b , and R 7b are each independently selected from H, OH, HO—C 1-3 alkylene, and —C(═O)OH. 2.
