A heel protector (100) includes a leg engaging section (101) and a foot engaging section (102) intersecting at a heel receiver (103). The leg engaging section (101) and the foot engaging section (102) define a leg insertion aperture (104). The leg engaging section (101) defines at least one aperture (203) disposed in an ankle region (205) to permit a connection tube (1002) extending from an inflatable bladder (901) of a compression device (800) to pass therethrough. The heel protector (100) and compression device (800) work together as a rehabilitation system (1300).

What is claimed is: 1. A heel protector, comprising: a leg engaging section and a foot engaging section intersecting at a heel receiver, the leg engaging section and the foot engaging section defining a leg insertion aperture; the leg engaging section defining at least one color-coded aperture disposed in an ankle region, the ankle region disposed at least a predetermined distance from the foot engaging section, the at least one color-coded aperture defining a channel to permit a connection tube extending from an inflatable bladder of a compression device to pass therethrough; further comprising a connection tube receiving channel configured to direct the connection tube from the heel protector toward an aperture disposed at the heel receiver. 2. The heel protector of claim 1 , the leg engaging section defining at least two color-coded apertures disposed in the ankle region, the at least two color-coded apertures comprising a first color-coded aperture and a second color-coded aperture. 3. The heel protector of claim 2 , wherein the first color-coded aperture and the second color-coded aperture are color-coded with a common color. 4. The heel protector of claim 3 , the common color indicating the first color-coded aperture and the second color-coded aperture are configured to be used with a common compression device. 5. The heel protector of claim 2 , wherein the first color-coded aperture and the second color-coded aperture are each color-coded with a different color. 6. The heel protector of claim 5 , the different color indicating the first color-coded aperture is configured to be used with a first color-coded compression device, while the second color-coded aperture is configured to be used with a second color-coded common compression device. 7. The heel protector of claim 2 , the first color-coded aperture disposed about forty-five degrees around the leg engaging section from the second color-coded aperture. 8. The heel protector of claim 1 , the heel protector defining a connection tube channeling aperture disposed at the heel receiver. 9. The heel protector of claim 8 , the connection tube channeling aperture being color-coded differently from the at least one color-coded aperture. 10. The heel protector of claim 9 , the connection tube channeling aperture being color-coded differently from the at least one color-coded aperture, thereby indicating that the connection tube channeling aperture is configured to allow the connection tube to pass therethrough. 11. The heel protector of claim 1 , the connection tube receiving channel disposed along a seam of the leg engaging section between the at least one color-coded aperture and the aperture disposed at the heel receiver. 12. The heel protector of claim 1 , further comprising a bolster to stabilize the heel protector rotationally when worn by a patient, the bolster comprising a triangular cross section. 13. The heel protector of claim 12 , the heel protector comprising a fastener disposed on an exterior of the leg engaging section, the bolster comprising a complementary fastener disposed on an exterior of the bolster, the fastener comprising one of a hook fastener or a loop fastener, the complementary fastener comprising another of the hook fastener or the loop fastener. 14. The heel protector of claim 12 , the bolster defining a bolster channel to permit the connection tube to pass from the at least one color-coded aperture through the bolster channel. 15. A rehabilitation system, comprising: a heel protector, comprising: a leg engaging section and a foot engaging section intersecting at a heel receiver, the leg engaging section and the foot engaging section defining a leg insertion aperture; the leg engaging section defining at least one aperture disposed in an ankle region disposed proximally along the leg engaging section at least a predetermined distance from the foot engaging section; and a compression device to provide compression therapy to a patient limb, the compression device comprising: a wrap comprising a color-coded outer face defining a proximal edge, a distal edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge, the second side edge defining a plurality of attachment tabs, the color-coded outer face defining a mnemonic indicator of a size of the compression device; the wrap comprising a central panel comprising an inflatable bladder selectively inflatable through a connection tube to apply pressure to the patient limb, the connection tube exiting the inflatable bladder at a non-orthogonal angle relative to the distal edge; an index line disposed on at least one of the plurality of attachment tabs; a measurement scale disposed along the color-coded outer face comprising longitudinal boundaries identifying a range within which the index line should position for the compression device to provide an appropriate fit for the compression therapy when the compression device is wrapped about the patient limb; and instruction steps for when the index line does not land between the longitudinal boundaries; and the at least one aperture to permit the connection tube extending from the inflatable bladder of the compression device to pass therethrough. 16. The rehabilitation system of claim 15 , the instruction steps comprising one or more of an indication that a larger compression device is required or another indication that a smaller compression device is required. 17. The rehabilitation system of claim 15 , the color-coded outer face is colored in one of a yellow color to represent a small size, a grey color to represent a medium size, a red color to represent a large size, or a green color to represent an extra large size. 18. The rehabilitation system of claim 15 , further comprising a bolster to stabilize the heel protector rotationally when worn by a patient. 19. The rehabilitation system of claim 18 , the bolster defining a channel to permit the connection tube to pass from the at least one aperture through the channel. 20. The rehabilitation system of claim 18 , the bolster selectively attachable to the leg engaging section with a fastener.
