What is claimed is: 1. A package, comprising: sidewall panels, the sidewall panels at least partially forming an outer surface of the package; a first foot panel connected via a first fold line to a front panel of the sidewall panels; a platform panel connected via a second fold line to the first foot panel, the platform panel being configured to support at least one first consumer product within the package; a second foot panel connected via a third fold line to the platform panel; a tab on a back panel of the sidewall panels, the tab configured to retain the second foot panel; and a tear-off section defined by one or more of the sidewall panels. 2. The package of claim 1 , wherein the sidewall panels further include, a first side panel connected via a fourth fold line to a first side of the front panel, and a second side panel connected via a fifth fold line to a second side of the front panel, wherein the back panel is connected via a sixth fold line to the first side panel. 3. The package of claim 2 , wherein the tear-off section is defined by the front panel, the first side panel, and the second side panel. 4. The package of claim 1 , wherein the tear-off section is configured to be removed to form an opening at a lower end of the package. 5. The package of claim 4 , wherein the platform panel is configured to support the at least one first consumer product near the opening so that the at least one first consumer product can be dispensed from the package through the opening. 6. The package of claim 1 , wherein the platform panel at least partially forms a false bottom for the package. 7. The package of claim 1 , further comprising: the at least one first consumer product within the package. 8. The package of claim 7 , wherein the at least one first consumer product includes a stack of cylindrical canisters that are stacked on top of each other on the platform panel. 9. The package of claim 8 , wherein the tear-off section is configured to be removed to form an opening, the opening being near the platform panel. 10. The package of claim 9 , wherein the opening and the platform panel are configured to allow the stack of cylindrical canisters to be dispensed, one at a time, from a bottom of the stack of cylindrical canisters. 11. The package of claim 9 , wherein the platform panel at least partially forms a false bottom for the package, and the platform panel supports a bottom of the stack of cylindrical canisters above a lowest elevation of the package on a lower end of the package. 12. The package of claim 7 , wherein the tear-off section is configured to be removed to form an opening, and the opening is configured to visibly display more than one side of at least one of the at least one first consumer product. 13. The package of claim 1 , wherein the platform panel at least partially closes a lower end of the package. 14. The package of claim 1 , further comprising: a third foot panel connected via a seventh fold line to the platform panel; and a fourth foot panel connected via an eighth fold line to the platform panel, the third foot panel and the fourth foot panel being on opposite sides of the platform panel. 15. The package of claim 14 , wherein the first foot panel is adjacent to a first lower surface of the front panel, the third foot panel is adjacent to a second lower surface of a first side panel, of the sidewall panels, and the fourth foot panel is adjacent to a third lower surface of a second side panel, of the sidewall panels. 16. The package of claim 14 , wherein at least a portion of at least one of the first foot panel, the second foot panel, the third foot panel or the fourth foot panel extend down to a lowest-most elevation of a lower end of the package. 17. The package of claim 14 , wherein a first width of the second foot panel is less than a second width of the first foot panel, a distance between a first end and a second end of the third foot panel is less than a distance between the second fold line and the third fold line, and a distance between a third end and a fourth end of the fourth foot panel is less than the distance between the second fold line and the third fold line. 18. The package of claim 1 , wherein the first foot panel and the second foot panel are on opposite sides of the platform panel. 19. The package of claim 1 , wherein the back panel defines a window. 20. The package of claim 1 , wherein the tab is defined by one or more cut lines in the back panel, and the tab is connected to the back panel by a horizontal fold line. 21. The package of claim 1 , wherein the first foot panel is adjacent to a lower surface of the front panel. 22. The package of claim 1 , wherein the tear-off section is at least partially defined by the front panel. 23. The package of claim 1 , further comprising: a top panel connected via a ninth fold line to the back panel, and a tuck panel connected via a tenth fold line to the top panel.
