An automatic height adjustment system includes an adjustable desk frame, a first drive assembly operable to control a height of the adjustable desk frame, an adjustable monitor mount, a second drive assembly operable to control a viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount, a transceiver, and a first controller communicatively coupled to the first drive assembly and to the transceiver. The first controller is configured to receive, via the transceiver, a first communication based on the detection of a position of a user from a computing device and to transmit, via the transceiver, a second communication to the first drive assembly to control the height of the adjustable desk frame and movement of the adjustable desk frame and the adjustable monitor mount are synchronized such that an adjustment of the height of the adjustable desk frame causes a corresponding adjustment of the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount.

What is claimed is: 1. An automatic height adjustment system, comprising: an adjustable desk frame; a first drive assembly operable to control a height of the adjustable desk frame; an adjustable monitor mount; a second drive assembly operable to control a viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount; a transceiver; and a first controller communicatively coupled to the first drive assembly and to the transceiver, the first controller configured to receive, via the transceiver, a first communication from a computing device and to transmit, via the transceiver, a second communication to the first drive assembly to control the height of the adjustable desk frame, wherein the first communication is based on a detection of a position of a user and movement of the adjustable desk frame and the adjustable monitor mount are synchronized such that an adjustment of the height of the adjustable desk frame causes a corresponding adjustment of the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount. 2. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , wherein the adjustable desk frame is a freestanding desk frame comprising at least one telescoping leg and the first drive assembly controls a length of the telescoping leg. 3. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , wherein the adjustable desk frame is a sit stand converter workstation desk frame and the first drive assembly is coupled to the sit stand converter workstation desk frame to control the height of the sit stand converter workstation desk frame. 4. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , wherein the first drive assembly comprises at least one of an electric motor, an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder, or an electronically controlled gas spring. 5. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , wherein the position of the user is detected via images from a camera. 6. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , wherein the first controller is communicatively coupled to the second drive assembly and is configured to transmit, via the transceiver, a third communication to the second drive assembly to control the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount and to synchronize activation of the first drive assembly and the second drive assembly. 7. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 6 , wherein the monitor mount comprises a telescoping arm and the second drive assembly controls a length of the telescoping arm. 8. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 6 , wherein the second drive assembly comprises at least one of an electric motor, an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder, or an electronically controlled gas spring. 9. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , comprising a second controller communicatively coupled to the second drive assembly and to the first controller, wherein the second controller is configured to receive a third communication from the first controller and to transmit a fourth communication to the adjustable monitor mount to control the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount and to synchronize activation of the first drive assembly and the second drive assembly. 10. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 9 , wherein the monitor mount comprises a telescoping arm; the second drive assembly controls a length of the telescoping arm. 11. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 9 , wherein the second drive assembly comprises at least one of an electric motor, an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder, or an electronically controlled gas spring. 12. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 1 , comprising a sensor and a second controller communicatively coupled to the second drive assembly, wherein the second controller is configured to detect a first movement with the sensor and transmit a third communication, based on the first movement, to the second drive assembly to control the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount and to synchronize the view height of the adjustable monitor mount with the height of the adjustable desk frame. 13. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 12 , wherein the monitor mount comprises a telescoping arm and the second drive assembly controls a length of the telescoping arm. 14. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 12 , wherein the second drive assembly comprises at least one of an electric motor, an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder, or an electronically controlled gas spring. 15. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 12 , wherein the sensor is a motion sensor and comprises at least one of a gyroscope, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, an optical sensor, an infrared sensor, a vibration sensor, or a light sensor. 16. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 12 , wherein the sensor is a position sensor and comprises at least one of an encoder, an accelerometer, a proximity sensor, an optical sensor, or an infrared sensor. 17. The automatic height adjustment system of claim 12 , wherein the first movement is associated with a movement of the height adjustable desk, the movement of the height adjustable desk causing transmission of the third communication to the second drive assembly. 18. An automatic height adjustment system, comprising: a computing device; a camera in communication with the computing device; an adjustable desk frame; a first drive assembly operable to control a height of the adjustable desk frame; a first controller communicatively coupled to the first drive assembly and to the computing device, via a transceiver; an adjustable monitor mount; and a second drive assembly operable to control a viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount; wherein the computing device is configured to receive images from the camera, to determine a position of a user based on the images, and to generate and transmit a first communication to the first controller based on the position of the user; the first controller is configured to receive, via the transceiver, the first communication from the computing device and to transmit, via the transceiver, a second communication to the first drive assembly to control the height of the adjustable desk frame; and the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount is adjusted based on the height of the adjustable desk to synchronize movement of the adjustable desk and the adjustable monitor mount such that an adjustment of the height of the adjustable desk frame causes a corresponding adjustment of the viewing height of the adjustable monitor mount. 19.
