The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of the invention, a method for manufacturing compounds of the invention and therapeutic uses thereof.

What is claimed is: 1. (1R,3R,5R)—N—((R)-(4-chloro-2,5-difluorophenyl)(cyclopropyl)methyl)-2-((5-(methylsulfonyl)-3-pyridinyl)carbonyl)-2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, carrier or adjuvant and (1R,3R,5R)—N—((R)-(4-chloro-2,5-difluorophenyl)(cyclopropyl)methyl)-2-((5-(methylsulfonyl)-3-pyridinyl)carbonyl)-2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3. A method of treating heart disease in a mammal which method comprises administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of (1R,3R,5R)—N—((R)-(4-chloro-2,5-difluorophenyl)(cyclopropyl)methyl)-2-((5-(methylsulfonyl)-3-pyridinyl)carbonyl)-2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition thereof.
