The invention claimed is: 1. A hetero-cyclic compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 2 or 4: wherein, in Chemical Formula 2 and 4, L1 and L2 are the same as or different from each other, and each independently a direct bond, a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 to C 60 arylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 to C 60 heteroarylene group; Z1 and Z2 are the same as or different from each other, and each independently selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 60 alkyl group; a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 to C 60 aryl group; a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 to C 60 heteroaryl group; —SiRR′R″; —P(═O)RR′; and an amine group substituted with a C 6 to C 60 aryl group or a C 2 to C 60 heteroaryl group; m is an integer of 0 to 4; n is an integer of 1 to 4; p is an integer of 0 to 4; q is an integer of 1 to 4; R1 to R5, and R7 to R10 are the same as or different from each other, and each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; and deuterium; and R, R′ and R″ are the same as or different from each other, and each independently hydrogen; deuterium; —CN; a substituted or unsubstituted C 1 to C 60 alkyl group; a substituted or unsubstituted C 3 to C 60 cycloalkyl group; a substituted or unsubstituted C 6 to C 60 aryl group; or a substituted or unsubstituted C 2 to C 60 heteroaryl group. 2. The hetero-cyclic compound of claim 1 , wherein Chemical Formula 2 or 4 is represented by any one of the following compounds:
