What is claimed is: 1. A low tension application spooler for spooling or coiling elongated materials comprising: a frame; a motorized spindle attached to said frame and having a spool adapted to receive said elongated material having a hollow profile for wrapping; a motorized traverse system adapted to move horizontally on said frame for wrapping said elongated material on said spool; a motorized roller system attached to said traverse adapted to push said elongated material to said spool for wrapping around said spool and wherein said motorized spindle is slaved to said motorized roller system; and a computer attached to said frame and in communication with said motorized spindle for controlling said motorized spindle, with said motorized traverse system for controlling said motorized traverse system, and with said motorized roller system for controlling said motorized roller system.
