What is claimed is: 1. A method of purifying a compound of formula (iv), the method comprising 1) dissolving the compound of formula (iv) in a first solvent at a first temperature; 2) adding a second solvent into the resulting solution; 3) cooling the solution to a second temperature; and 4) collecting a solid, wherein R 1 is substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl; and R 2 is substituted or unsubstituted C 1-8 alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein R 2 is 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first solvent is ethanol or a mixture of 2-propanol and water. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first temperature is about 60° C. or about 70° C. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second solvent is water. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second temperature is about 0° C. or about 25° C. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first solvent is a mixture of 2-propanol and water. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the volume ratio between 2-propanol and water in the mixture is about 3:1. 10. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first temperature is about 70° C. 11. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second temperature is about 0° C.
