What is claimed is: 1. A bearing structure, comprising: a bearing including a main body having a cylindrical shape through which a shaft is inserted, the main body having a through hole passing through the main body in a direction crossing an axial direction of the shaft; a positioning member inserted into the through hole; and a recess portion, which is formed in at least one of a first opposed surface located on an outer peripheral surface of the positioning member and opposed to an inner peripheral surface of the through hole in the axial direction of the shaft and a second opposed surface located on an inner peripheral surface of the through hole and opposed to an outer peripheral surface of the positioning member in the axial direction of the shaft, and is recessed in a separating direction in which the first opposed surface and the second opposed surface separate apart from each other, wherein the recess portion extends vertical with respect to a central axis direction of the through hole, the least one of the first opposed surface and the second opposed surface includes a pair of flat surface portions having a flat surface shape, and the recess portion is formed between the pair of flat surface portions. 2. The bearing structure according to claim 1 , wherein the recess portion has a variation portion in which a recess amount in the separating direction continuously varies. 3. The bearing structure according to claim 2 , wherein the positioning member includes: an insertion portion inserted into the through hole; and a position regulating portion, which is formed continuously with the insertion portion, and has a sectional area larger than a sectional area of the insertion portion in a cross section orthogonal to the insertion direction of the insertion portion. 4. The bearing structure according to claim 3 , wherein the position regulating portion has an orientation determination portion on a side opposite to a side continuous with the insertion portion. 5. The bearing structure according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning member includes: an insertion portion inserted into the through hole; and a position regulating portion, which is formed continuously with the insertion portion, and has a sectional area larger than a sectional area of the insertion portion in a cross section orthogonal to the insertion direction of the insertion portion. 6. The bearing structure according to claim 5 , wherein the position regulating portion has an orientation determination portion on a side opposite to a side continuous with the insertion portion.
