Systems and methods of the present disclosure can facilitate managing a computing device. The computing device can be a managed device that is managed by a device management server. In some embodiments, the system includes a generation module and an interface module. The generation module may be configured to receive a site location for the computing device, identify an address of the device management server, and generate an optical representation of a configuration based on the site location and the address. The interface module may be configured to provide the optical representation to the computing device and receive a communication from the computing device, the communication corresponding to the configuration.

What is claimed is: 1. A system to manage performance of computing devices, comprising: one or more servers comprising one or more processors and memory to: select, based on an indication, a geographic site location at which a computing device is located from a plurality of locations of an entity stored in a data repository, the geographic site location different from a location of the one or more servers; select, for the computing device based on information for the entity associated with the geographic site location, a configuration from a plurality of configurations based on a combination of the geographic site location for the computing device and an identifier of the one or more servers; generate an optical representation of the configuration selected based on the combination of the geographic site location and the identifier of the one or more servers; provide the optical representation of the configuration, the optical representation configured to cause the computing device to generate and send, to the one or more servers, a communication corresponding to the configuration; receive the communication corresponding to the configuration from the computing device; and transmit, responsive to receiving the communication from the computing device, the configuration corresponding to the optical representation selected based on the combination of the geographic site location and the identifier of the one or more servers to cause the computing device to update a stored configuration on the computing device with the configuration. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more servers are configured to: determine the identifier for the one or more servers comprising at least one of an IP address, a domain name, or a URL. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the geographic site location corresponds to a group of related managed devices, and the computing device is one of the group of related managed devices. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more servers are configured to: select the configuration based on a type of the computing device. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the optical representation comprises at least one of a QR code, a one-dimensional barcode, a stacked barcode, a two-dimensional barcode, a Data Matrix code, a steganographic image, an Aztec code, a high capacity color barcode, a MaxiCode, or a SPARQcode. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more servers are configured to: provide the optical representation of the configuration for display via at least one of an application or a web page. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more servers are configured to: provide the optical representation of the configuration via an electronic message. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the identifier for the one or more servers comprises at least one of an IP address, a domain name, or a URL. 9. A method for managing performance of computing devices, comprising: selecting, by one or more servers comprising a processor and memory, based on an indication, a geographic site location at which a computing device is located from a plurality of locations of an entity stored in a data repository, the geographic site location different from a location of the one or more servers; selecting, by the one or more servers, for the computing device based on information for the entity associated with the geographic site location, a configuration from a plurality of configurations based on a combination of the geographic site location for the computing device and an identifier of the one or more servers; generating, by the one or more servers, an optical representation of the configuration selected based on the combination of the geographic site location and the identifier of the one or more servers; providing, by the one or more servers, the optical representation of the configuration, the optical representation configured to cause the computing device to generate and send, to the one or more servers, a communication corresponding to the configuration; receiving, by the one or more servers, the communication corresponding to the configuration from the computing device; and transmitting, by the one or more servers responsive to receiving the communication from the computing device, the configuration corresponding to the optical representation selected based on the combination of the geographic site location and the identifier of the one or more servers to cause the computing device to update a stored configuration on the computing device with the configuration. 10. The method of claim 9 , comprising: determining the identifier for the one or more servers comprising at least one of an IP address, a domain name, or a URL. 11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the geographic site location corresponds to a group of related managed devices, and the computing device is one of the group of related managed devices. 12. The method of claim 9 , comprising: selecting the configuration based on a type of the computing device. 13. The method of claim 9 , wherein the optical representation comprises at least one of a QR code, a one-dimensional barcode, a stacked barcode, a two-dimensional barcode, a Data Matrix code, a steganographic image, an Aztec code, a high capacity color barcode, a MaxiCode, or a SPARQcode. 14. The method of claim 9 , comprising: providing the optical representation of the configuration for display via at least one of an application or a web page. 15. The method of claim 9 , comprising: providing the optical representation of the configuration via an electronic message. 16. The method of claim 9 , wherein the identifier for the one or more servers comprises at least one of an IP address, a domain name, or a URL.
