What is claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a display region including a plurality of pixels; a plurality of first electrodes formed by a first layer, and aligned in a first direction above the display region; a plurality of second electrodes formed by the first layer, and aligned in a second direction intersecting the first direction; a connection wiring formed by a second layer, and electrically connecting each of the plurality of first electrodes; an insulating layer separating the first layer and the second layer; and a light shielding layer formed by a same material as the connection wiring at a same time as a forming process of the connection wiring and located at a different position to the connection wiring, the light shielding layer overlapping a space between the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes in the first layer, in a plan view. 2. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein end parts of the light shielding layer overlap end parts of the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes in the first layer. 3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the second layer is located below the first layer. 4. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the light shielding layer is arranged in a matrix shape so as to overlap the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes and the space included in the first layer. 5. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the light shielding layer is formed by a resin material including a black pigment. 6. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first electrodes and the connection wiring are electrically connected via an opening part arranged in the insulating layer. 7. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein surfaces of the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes and a surface of the connection wiring are formed by the same metal material.
