A polymer compound having a weight average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, and contains one or more repeating units represented by formula (1) and one or more repeating units represented by formula (2):R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group;Rf1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, and has at least one fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group in Rf1;Z1 represents a single bond, an arylene group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms or —C(═O)—O—R2—;R2 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an arylene group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms or an alkenylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and may have an ether group, a carbonyl group or an ester group in R2; and“a” is 0<a≤1.0, and“b” is 0<b<1.0.

What is claimed is: 1. A polymer compound for a conductive polymer, the polymer compound comprises: one or more repeating units represented by the following general formula (1), and one or more repeating units represented by the following general formula (2), wherein: the polymer compound has a weight average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, the general formula (1) is: where: R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rf 1 represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, and has at least one fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group in Rf 1 ; Z 1 represents a single bond, an arylene group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms or —C(═O)—O—R 2 —; R 2 represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, an arylene group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms or an alkenylene group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms, and may have an ether group, a carbonyl group or an ester group in R 2 ; and “a” is 0<a≤1.0, and the general formula (2) is: where “b” is 0<b<1.0. 2. The polymer compound for a conductive polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the repeating unit represented by the general formula (1) contains one or more repeating units selected from repeating units represented by the following general formula (3), wherein, R 1 and Rf 1 have the same meanings as defined above; and “a 1 ”, “a 2 ” , “a 3 ”, and “a 4 ” are 0≤a≤1.0, 0≤a 2 ≤1.0, 0≤a 3 ≤1.0, 0≤a 4 ≤1.0 and 0<a 1 +a 2 +a 3 +a 4 ≤1.0. 3. The polymer compound for a conductive polymer according to claim 1 , wherein the repeating unit represented by the general formula (1) contains one or more repeating units selected from repeating units represented by the following general formula (3), wherein, R 1 and Rf 1 have the same meanings as defined above; and “a 1 ”, “a 2 ”, “a 3 ”, and “a 4 ” are 0≤a 1 ≤0.8, 0≤a 2 ≤1.0, 0≤a 3 ≤0.5, 0≤a 4 ≤1.0 and 0<a 1 +a 2 +a 3 +a 4 ≤1.0.
