What is claimed is: 1. A curable composition comprising: (i) an epoxy resin; and (ii) a curing component comprising a polyetheramine and greater than about 7.5 parts and less than about 25 parts, based on 100 parts of the curing component, of a tertiary amine selected from N-ethyl morpholine, isopropyl morpholine, N-butyl morpholine, methoxyethyl morpholine, hydroxyethyl morpholine, 2,2′-dimorpholinodiethylether, N,N′-dimorpholino ethane, N,N′-dimethyl piperazine, 1,3,5-tris(3-(dimethylamino)propyl)-hexahydro-s-triazine, and combinations thereof. 2. The curable composition of claim 1 , wherein the curing component further comprises an imidazole. 3. The curable composition of claim 1 , wherein the curable composition is substantially free of a cyclic carbonate, guanidine and derivatives thereof and an aromatic amine. 4. The curable composition of claim 1 , wherein the curing component further comprises a second amine. 5. The curable composition of claim 4 , wherein the second amine is cycloaliphatic polyamine.
