A vibrator includes a frame, a swing unit, and an elastic member. The swing unit is disposed within the frame and holds a magnet. The elastic member connects the swing unit and the frame. The swing unit is movable with respect to the frame while deforming the elastic member. The frame, the swing unit, and the elastic member are integrally molded with each other.

What is claimed is: 1. A vibrator generator comprising: a frame including an annular shape; a bottom plate; a top plate; a swing unit; and an elastic member including an upper surface on the top plate side and a lower surface on the bottom plate side, wherein the frame and the swing unit are connected via the elastic member, the elastic member includes a slit penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface, and the slit is entirely surrounded by the elastic member on a first side and on a second side parallel to the first side, and on a third side and on a fourth side parallel to the third side. 2. The vibrator generator according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic member includes two beams divided by the slit. 3. The vibrator generator according to claim 2 , wherein a longitudinal direction of the two beams corresponds to a direction vertical to a swing direction of the swing unit. 4. The vibrator generator according to claim 1 , comprising a plurality of the elastic members including the elastic member, wherein the plurality of the elastic members are lined in a swing direction of the swing unit. 5. The vibrator generator according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic member includes a frame joint portion extending in a swing direction of the swing unit, and the frame joint portion is jointed to the frame. 6. A vibrator generator comprising: a frame including an annular shape; a bottom plate; a top plate; a swing unit; and an arm unit including an upper surface on to the top plate side and a lower surface on the bottom plate side, wherein the frame and the swing unit are connected via the arm unit, the arm unit includes a slit penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface, and the slit is entirely surrounded by the arm unit on a first side and on a second side parallel to the first side, and on a third side and on a fourth side parallel to the third side. 7. The vibrator generator according to claim 6 , wherein the arm unit includes two beams divided by the slit. 8. The vibrator generator according to claim 7 , wherein a longitudinal direction of the two beams corresponds to a direction vertical to a swing direction of the swing unit. 9. The vibrator generator according to claim 6 , comprising a plurality of the arm units including the arm unit, wherein the plurality of the arm units are lined in a swing direction of the swing unit. 10. The vibrator generator according to claim 6 , wherein the arm unit includes a frame joint portion extending in a swing direction of the swing unit, and the frame joint portion is jointed to the frame.
