The present invention provides a stretchable film including: a cured product of a composition which contains (A) a (meth)acrylate compound having silsesquioxane, (B) a (meth)acrylate compound other than the component (A) having a urethane bond, and (C) an organic solvent having a boiling point in the range of 115 to 200° C. at atmospheric pressure; wherein the component (A) is localized in the direction of a surface of the film. The stretchable film of the present invention is excellent in stretchability and strength as well as repellency on the film surface.

First claim

The invention claimed is: 1. A stretchable film comprising: a cured product of a composition which contains (A) a (meth)acrylate compound having silsesquioxane, (B) a (meth)acrylate compound other than the component (A) having a urethane bond, and (C) an organic solvent having a boiling point in the range of 115 to 200° C. at atmospheric pressure; wherein the component (A) is localized in the direction of a surface of the film, wherein the component (B) is a compound shown by the following general formula (3), and the composition is one without a polymerizable double bond other than the component (A) and the component (B): wherein R 23 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R 20 and R 22 each independently represent a single bond, a linear, branched, or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an arylene group having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, or an alkenylene group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, optionally having one or more group selected from an ether group, an ester group, an aryl group, and an arylene group; R 21 represents a single bond or a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 15 carbon atoms; Z represents a single bond or a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, optionally containing one or more group selected from an ether group, an ester group, and a carbonate group; one of Y 1 and Y 2 represents an oxygen atom, and the other represents a NH group; “e” is an integer of 1 to 100, “f” is an integer of 0 to 200, and “g” is an integer of 0 to 200, and wherein the component (A) is a compound shown by the following general formula (1): wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R 2 represents a single bond or a linking group shown by the following general formula (2); each R 3 is the same or different, and represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, or a linear, branched, or cyclic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, optionally containing an ether group, a lactone group, an ester group, a hydroxy group, or a cyano group; X represents an ester group or —C(═O)—O—R 7 —; R 7 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 14 carbon atoms, a linear, branched, or cyclic alkenylene group or alkynylene group having 2 to 14 carbon atoms, or an arylene group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, optionally having an ether group or an ester group; “m” is an integer of 4 to 40, “m′” is 0 or 1, “m″” is an integer of 0 to 8; and a part of a siloxane bond in the (R 3 —SiO 3/2 ) m unit is optionally cut to form a silanol group; wherein R 4 and R 5 each independently represent a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R 6 represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, or an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and “n” is an integer of 1 to 40. 2. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the ratio of the component (A) is in the range of 0.1 to 35% by mass based on the total mass of solid contents in the composition excluding the component (C). 3. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the component (C) is one or more organic solvents selected from the group consisting of 2-octanone, 2-nonanone, 2-heptanone, 3-heptanone, 4-heptanone, 2-hexanone, 3-hexanone, diisobutyl ketone, methylcyclohexanone, acetophenone, methylacetophenone, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, amyl acetate, butenyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, phenyl acetate, propyl formate, butyl formate, isobutyl formate, amyl formate, isoamyl formate, methyl valerate, methyl pentenoate, methyl crotonate, ethyl crotonate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, propylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and propylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate. 4. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the stretchable film has a stretching property of 40 to 600% regulated by JIS K 6251. 5. A stretchable conductive wiring film comprising the stretchable film according to claim 1 . 6. A method for forming a stretchable film of claim 1 comprising: coating a substrate with a composition which contains (A) a (meth)acrylate compound having silsesquioxane, (B) a (meth)acrylate compound other than the component (A) having a urethane bond, and (C) an organic solvent having a boiling point in the range of 115 to 200° C. at atmospheric pressure; evaporating the component (C) by heating, while localizing the component (A) in the direction of a surface of the film; and thereafter curing the component (A) and the component (B) by heat or light irradiation. 7. The method for forming a stretchable film according to claim 6 , wherein the ratio of the component (A) is in the range of 0.1 to 35% by mass based on the total mass of solid contents in the composition excluding the component (C). 8. The method for forming a stretchable film according to claim 6 , wherein the component (A) is a compound shown by the following general formula (1): wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R 2 represents a single bond or a linking group shown by the following general formula (2); each R 3 is the same or different, and represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a linear, branched, or cyclic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or a fluorinated alkyl group, optionally containing an ether group, a lactone group, an ester group, a hydroxy group, or a cyano group; X represents an ester group or —C(═O)—O—R 7 —; R 7 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkylene group having 1 to 14 carbon atoms, a linear, branched, or cyclic alkenylene group or alkynylene group having 2 to 14 carbon atoms, or an arylene group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, optionally having an ether group or an ester group; “m” is an integer of 4 to 40, “m′” is 0 or 1, “m″” is an integer of 0 to 8; and a part of a siloxane bond in the (R 3 —SiO 3/2 ) m unit is optionally cut to form a silanol group; wherein R 4 and R 5 each independently represent a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; R 6 represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, or an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and “n” is an integer of 1 to 40. 9.
