Various embodiments of the present invention comprise: a circuit board comprising a first grounding portion and a second grounding portion; a wireless communication circuit arranged in a first area of the circuit board, the wireless communication circuit comprising a first grounding terminal electrically connected to the first grounding portion; an audio codec circuit arranged in a second area of the circuit board, the audio codec circuit comprising a signal input terminal and a second grounding terminal electrically connected to the second grounding portion; and a connector electrically connected to the input terminal, the connector comprising a first pin that can be electrically connected to a signal terminal of a microphone included in an external electronic device and a second pin that can be electrically connected to a grounding terminal of the microphone, the second pin being electrically connectable to the second grounding portion. In addition, various other embodiments of the present invention may be possible.

The invention claimed is: 1. An electronic device, comprising: a circuit board including a first ground unit and a second ground unit; a wireless communication circuit including a first ground terminal electrically connected with the first ground unit and disposed in a first area of the circuit board; an audio codec circuit including a second ground terminal electrically connected with the second ground unit and an input terminal of signal and disposed in a second area of the circuit board; and a connector including a first pin electrically connected with the input terminal and electrically connectable with a signal terminal of a microphone included in an external electronic device and a second pin electrically connectable with a ground terminal of the microphone, the second pin electrically connected with the second ground unit, wherein the circuit board further includes: another microphone; and a conductive pattern connected between the second pin and at least one terminal of the other microphone. 2. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the second pin is connected with an earphone feedback terminal of the audio codec circuit. 3. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the circuit board includes at least one coil connected in series between the conductive pattern and the second pin. 4. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the circuit board includes at least one capacitor connected in parallel between the conductive pattern and the second pin. 5. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the circuit board includes at least one filter circuit electrically connected between the first ground unit and the second ground unit. 6. The electronic device of claim 1 , further comprising an earphone jack connector forming an opening in an outer appearance of the electronic device, wherein the first pin and the second pin are disposed in the opening.
