A coil deployment system and one or more methods of manipulating a coil deployment system, is provided. The coil deployment system has a trailer frame of one or more frame components including a pair of support brackets, a first pair of lower support arms, a second pair of lower support arms, a first pair of upper support arms, and a second pair of upper support arms. The trailer frame is adjustable such that the width and height of the trailer can be adjusted to manipulate and accommodate various sizes of coil drums of spoolable pipe deploy, collect, transport or store the spoolable pipe.

I claim: 1. A deployment trailer comprising: a hub engagement section configured to interlockingly and rotatably receive a hub shaft of a drum; a first support arm pivotably connected to the hub engagement section; a second support arm pivotably connected to the hub engagement section, wherein the second support arm and the first support arm are configured to: pivot toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from a collapsed position toward a raised position; and pivot away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the raised position toward the collapsed position; a first wheel mounted at a first end of the first support arm, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the first wheel while in the raised position; a second wheel mounted on the first support arm between the first end of the first support arm and the hub engagement section, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the second wheel while in the collapsed position; a third wheel mounted at a second end of the second support arm, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the third wheel while in the raised position; and a fourth wheel mounted on the second support arm between the second end of the second support arm and the hub engagement section, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the fourth wheel while in the collapse position. 2. The deployment trailer of claim 1 , wherein: the first wheel is mounted on the first support arm and the third wheel is mounted on the second support arm to enable the deployment trailer to be moved in a first direction while in the raised position; and the second wheel is mounted on the first support arm orthogonal to the first wheel and the fourth wheel is mounted on the second support arm orthogonal to the third wheel to enable the deployment trailer to be moved in a second direction while in the collapsed position. 3. The deployment trailer of claim 1 , wherein the hub engagement section comprises: a u-shaped engagement surface; and a latch. 4. The deployment trailer of claim 1 , wherein: the first wheel is a first caster wheel; the second wheel is a second caster wheel; the third wheel is a third caster wheel; and the fourth wheel is a fourth caster wheel. 5. The deployment trailer of claim 1 , comprising: another hub engagement section configured to interlockingly and rotatably receive an opposite hub shaft of the drum; a third support arm pivotably connected to the other hub engagement section; a fourth support arm pivotably connected to the other hub engagement section, wherein the fourth support arm and the third support arm are configured to: pivot toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the collapsed position toward the raised position; and pivot away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the raised position toward the collapsed position; a fifth wheel mounted at a third end of the third support arm, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the fifth wheel while in the raised position; a sixth wheel mounted on the third support arm between the third end of the third support arm and the another hub engagement section, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the sixth wheel while in the collapsed position; a seventh wheel mounted at a fourth end of the fourth support arm, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the seventh wheel while in the raised position; and an eighth wheel mounted on the fourth support arm between the fourth end of the fourth support arm and the another hub engagement section, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to be moved via the eighth wheel while in the collapsed position. 6. The deployment trailer of claim 5 , comprising: a first upper support arm pivotably connected to the hub engagement section; a second upper support arm pivotably connected to the other hub engagement section; and a re-spooler assembly, wherein the re-spooler assembly comprises: a first re-spooler bracket slidably secured to the first upper support arm; a second re-spooler bracket slidably secured to the second upper support arm; a first roller rotatably coupled between the first re-spooler bracket and the second re-spooler bracket; and a second roller rotatably coupled between the first re-spooler bracket and the second re-spooler bracket. 7. The deployment trailer of claim 1 , comprising: a third support arm pivotably connected to the hub engagement section above the first support arm, wherein the first support arm and the third support arm are configured to: pivot away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the collapsed position toward the raise position; and pivot toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the raised position toward the collapsed position; and a fourth support arm pivotably connected to the hub engagement section above the second support arm, wherein the second support arm and the fourth support arm are configured to: pivot away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the collapsed position toward the raised position; and pivot toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer from the raised position toward the collapsed position. 8. A deployment trailer comprising: a first support bracket configured to interlockingly and rotatably receive a first shaft end of a drum; a first upper support arm pivotably connected to the first support bracket; a first lower support arm pivotably connected to the first support bracket, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to: enable the first lower support arm and the first upper support arm to be pivoted toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer toward a collapsed position; and enable the first lower support arm and the first upper support arm to be pivoted away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer away from the collapsed position; and a second support bracket configured to interlockingly and rotatably receive a second shaft end of the drum; a second upper support arm pivotably connected to the second support bracket; and a second lower support arm pivotably connected to the second support bracket, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to: enable the second lower support arm and the second upper support arm to be pivoted toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer toward the collapsed position; and enable the second lower support arm and the second upper support arm to be pivoted away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer away from the collapsed position. 9. The deployment trailer of claim 8 , comprising: a third lower support arm pivotably connected to the first support bracket, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to: enable the first lower support arm and the third lower support arm to be pivoted away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer toward the collapsed position; and enable the first lower support arm and the third lower support arm to be pivoted toward one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer away from the collapsed position; and a fourth lower support arm pivotably connected to the second support bracket, wherein the deployment trailer is configured to: enable the second lower support arm and the fourth lower support arm to be pivoted away from one another to facilitate transitioning the deployment trailer towa
